The room was lovely - but then again it was one of the bridal suites so I guess it should be. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. It was so nice to have a room where the ensuite shower doesn't make a mess of the floor while you're in there!

Breakfast was very tasty but the selection was relatively limited - it was essentially toast and/or a full-English. The room was excellent but the steam iron in the room was either not working properly or was very under-powered. not a massive issue but I had to iron a shirt for a black-tie event (the reason for my stay) and it really struggled to get the creases out!

The hotel is lovely, in a superb location and the staff were super! Décor throughout the hotel was lovely, and the room was really comfortable. The bathroom was great! We only stayed for one night, but really enjoyed the breakfast selection. There was also a Sunday market with a lovely selection of wares in the morning - which the whole family enjoyed! Thank you!

Unfortunately our rooms could not be placed together, which means a family of 4 with young kids needs to split up for the night, as such we opted for a fold out bed in our room (7) and shared bed with our little one (5). The staff were fantastic getting the room ready at very short notice!

We was given an early check-in by the receptionist, the hotel was very modern, air conditioned room was spacious with a large bathroom and very large shower. The reggae bar across the road was no issue, we did not hear any noise even as it was a Saturday night. Well stocked mini bar although we did not use it. Not enough milk supplied to match the amount of tea bags and coffee.

The car parking was £12 a day, but it was not secure. The continental side of the breakfast in the adjoining Brasserie was okay. As for the "hot buffet" breakfast the produce was good quality but was only just warm/cold!! We used the hot plates from heated cabinet yet it was just inedible due to being cold. We told the waiter he said he will look into it but never returned. On checkout we mentioned it to the same receptionist who checked us in, she apologised and waivered the £12 parking charge.

on arrival a lovely friendly receptionist greeted us . The public area exceptionally clean and welcoming .The Bedroom was bright and airy and again exceptionally clean. Toiletries provided . We had a lovely peaceful nights sleep . Breakfast was served in the restaurant which was a lovely welcoming place very tastefully decorated. our food was cooked to perfection and served to us by a young gentleman who originated from Norway, who has such a welcoming smile was so polite and friendly towards us . We ate in the restaurant that evening, the choice was plenty and was cooked perfectly.

Good welcome from reception, very comfortable and well equipped room. Pleasant bar area. We had breakfast - which was more restaurant style so it was tea or coffee and selection from the menu - very good eggs royale and traditional breakfast., however no juice etc .

No juice, toast, jam etc with breakfast order - just what it said on the menu. One Irish coffee in the bar did not "work" (cream did not float) and there was no effort to apologise or replace it, despite a comment from other guests that it should be free.. Note that bar orders are automatically charged to your credit card without you signing for things - it probably was right but no way to double check when checking out.

The lady at reception was very nice & told us everything we needed to know . The room was spacious & the bath tub was massive ! Big enough for 2 . We stayed for a little one night getaway & were pleasantly surprised by the room . There is a bar & restaurant , although we didn’t attend its good to know . The room was well equipped . The bed was also very comfortable.

If we had a microwave on premises . We went to the bar to ask for our food which we brought with us to be heated up & we weren’t allowed for health and safety reasons . I feel this was a little u reasonable as it was a closed container of food and we had travelled for a long time , it was late and we were hungry

I was disappointed as we paid extra for an executive room. One friend also had an executive room and another had a club room. We actually had the smallest room. Our friends room next door was massive in comparison but the same price!! and the lower priced club room our other friends had was actually bigger than our room with a separate seating area with two chairs - we only had one chair because it was so small. I called reception and they said because we had a bath it was classed as an exec room. Anyway I was disappointed as I felt we were actually in a club room and they should not be charging exec prices. If we hadn't booked two other rooms I would never have known. Anyway the actual room was lovely apart from this.

We had an overnight stay, as we were going to a music gig at the Assembly Hall. The location is excellent as it’s in easy walking distance of most attractions & amenities. The room was beautiful as was the hotel, & it was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, quick, tasty & well presented & coffee was good too. Parking wasn’t a problem, as the hotel had already instructed where free parking could be accessed. Overall a great stay, & will definitely return!

The room we stayed in was excellent. Lovely bathroom, large bed and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed a night without breakfast, but the room and accommodation was excellent value for money.

Parking was tricky, but could not be helped and I was aware of this when I booked. The hotel offer parking at £12 but it was not worth us paying for this. The lift did not work, but we were only on 1st floor so not a huge problemZ.

It was clean, comfortable and well appointed room. The facilities were very good. There was parking on the premises. The staff were great and were accommodating when we asked for an early check-in. We loved the breakfast and would recommend including it in your package.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like.
