Such a jolly nice member of staff at the front desk who was helpful and welcoming. The bed and importantly, the mattress, was supportive of my ageing lumbar spine - which was nice. The double glazing and the heavy curtains made it a quiet and dark place to discover degrees of quality sleep. The labyrinthine corridors make for an interesting journey as if one were in a Wes Anderson film. Bravo!

It would be jolly nice if breakfast were available as it used to be before the pandemic but - hey - there's a notably pleasant cafe quite near which opens at 8am so allows just enough time to feast on a damn fine 'Full English' before work commences.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved the laid back atmosphere. Having a live band downstairs was fantastic and areas where we could all play board games and catch up with friends. Rooms were spacious, beds really comfortable. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. Central location with loads of places to eat in the village and two parks for the kids.

The only thing that we would improve is that we had to bodge fix the shower head (but we didn’t actually tell the staff and they probably would have fixed it if we did). And we had to tune in one of the TVs but it’s no big deal really.

The staff we met were very friendly and polite. We had booked dinner on the Saturday night after downloading a menu from the website. Unfortunately this was nothing like the one on offer at the hotel! Never the less we found a very good and very generous meal. It was marvellous to have a fridge as we had to leave early on Sunday morning to go down to Shefield Park Station to meet our family for a trip on the Flying Scotsman. We were able to breakfast in the room.

The staff at Brambletye Hotel were very friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. In the lovely decorated room there was a little fridge and a fan to make the air feel cooler during the hot days. The hotel is in a central location with a great Pizzeria / Café just across the road. I had everything I needed, thank you !

The member of staff on the desk was very helpful. When we told him about the carpark being flooded he came outside to help us and even moved his own car so that we could use his parking space. He also very politely showed concern that we would be able to manage the stairs to the superior room we had booked.

We had to wait a long time for our room to be ready but they were very apologetic and brought us a pot of tea while we waited.

Efficient booking. Staff were friendly and very helpful, even carrying my suitcase to the the room. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely bathroom.

I recommend offering better tea and coffee making facilities. A source of filtered water would be good as the water from the tap tasted odd and made the tea taste odd.

Plenty of parking space. Good location. Some lovely walks locally. The Tablehurst Farm Shop sells the best sausage rolls I've ever tasted.

The hotel is looking generally tired and could do with a bit of paint and some new carpet. Some random chairs dotted around could just be thrown away as they are threadbare. Ceiling paper in the room I stayed in (No 10) is coming away from the ceiling

We stayed for one night as a stop off on our journey. Our room was a little outdated and maybe needed a coat of paint but it was clean and comfortable and did the job. We were served by different members of staff when checking in and out and both were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was ideal for me to meet with my family member who lives and works near the village. In addition there are a number of eateries nearby that we made use of.

The hotel car park could be made user friendly with surface dressing and lighting to assist people to/from the hotel.

Cute & quaint with nice garden & pub (great food at the restaurant) & in a cute little town!y room was really spacious & loved that it actually had. mini fridge unlike many hotels! the bed was super comfy & the front door staff was nice & helped me with my heavy luggage up small flight of stairs!

the room furniture was a bit outdated & could probably use a shabby chic update to go with the quaint exterior! but no major issues for me!
