Great value, friendly staff, and what other place have you ever stayed where the floorboards are vibrating and as a 60 year old spend the evening jumping around the room like a teenager, demonstrating all your air guitar skills to your 9 year-old granddaughter. Band shut off at 11. We then had a sound night in a comfy bed. Didn't spend the whole evening in and went to see the new Disney Little Mermaid in a little local cinema. That was a bargain costing £20 including drinks and popcorn (saving £30 on Cineworld prices). Breakfast was lovely, I had a delicious Full-English.

Bringing my Granddaughter as I would have enjoyed an evening watching the band (just joking the place is family friendly)

Great location. Chargeable parking nearby. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was fine and the room was very clean. The hotel itself was nice and I would definitely stay again.

My bathroom was in need of updating. The show was rather grim. I’m not a fan of shower curtains. Toilet was too close to the door and leg room was rather tight. The bathroom door was extremely hard to open and literally had to be forced.

Nice and cozy rooms and the complementary basket with some crisps and cookies :-). Breakfast was good!

We stayed on a Saturday night and the pub had a live band playing. GREAT BAND, just a bit noisy when trying to get an early sleep. Taps of the shower need some power to turn on and off.

Great location being in the middle of the town & close to long stay carpark. Lovely room, very nicely decorated, felt very relaxing, comfortable bed, beautiful white beding, good selection of complementry snacks, bottled water, plenty of tea, coffee, milk etc & toiletries. Served a really good breakfast, good choice. We enjoyed a very good evening meal in the restaurant, loved the fairy lights on the ceiling. All the staff were very nice & friendly.

There wasnt anything we didnt like but it would be a good idea to add a copy of the restaurants menu to the rooms info pack,

Shower not easy to turn on and off, controls very stiff

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum and daughter. Such good value for money, refills of plenty of milk and biscuits each morning, iron and ironing board, hair dryer all of which some pricier hotels don't do and we travel alot. Beautiful breakfast each morning. Lovely clean rooms. Staff very accommodating. Car park at Guildhall 2 mins walk, 9.30 for 24 hours. Check-in dine via message pre-arrival saves time on the day. Great central location, surrounded by cafes and pubs too.

This is well notified in advance by hotel that it is loud on weekends so not complaining and didn't bother us, but you definitely will hear the entertainment in rooms inbefore 11pm. Only saying this because people will know in advance, visit and still winge.

Breakfast was very good. The Hotel was right in the middle of the town which was excellent. There was no parking at the hotel itself but the town centre car park was 100 yds away and so quite convenient, you had to pay to park between 0800 and 1800 but you could prepay in the evening so you didn't have to rush off to pay in the mornings.

Good sized, clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good and varied breakfast menu was included in the price.

In my room the bathroom was fairly small with the toilet up against the shower unit which would have been an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Although the property is well placed in the middle of Sandwich, this is an old town with character and narrow streets. Parking is only possible in car parks with an extra £10 a day needing to be factored in if you have a car.

This was in an excellent central location. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. the room was a good size and had everything needed for a 3 day stay including a proper ironing board.

There was no plug socket near the mirror which made styling my hair difficult. despite filling in the online check in form before I travelled I was requited to fill in a paper copy when I arrived too. There was a table downstairs in the pub area which made getting through the door with a case to go to our room difficult as there were people occupying the table and not a lot of space.
