I absolutely loved everything about my stay and in fact extended it! My room turned out to be a suite and wow wow wow…it was amazing! I felt like Royalty and could happily live here! Everything is provided and little details that add that little surprise element….it was stunning! Staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Car parking was easy and choice of where to park was easy….lots of room. I went for dinner and it was lovely…..choice of places to sit…wherever made you feel comfortable a good choice of areas…in the bar with tv ir l quiet area…whatever suited …also I loved the lounging area around with leather chesterfields……such a lovely peaceful area…. The gym looked good and the Spa services had lots to offer….the reception was absolutely beautiful and I just loved the beautiful aroma used there…. Only thing I found difficult was choosing a gluten free dinner and only had one option for me which was chicken breast but was absolutely lovely …there was a steak option but I can’t digest beef. It’s just a little point but the staff were very helpful and pointed out things re allergies etc so they had knowledge which was very commendable ..I love chicken anyway and probably would alternate with sweet potato fries or mash potato…plus there was a Caesar salad which I could probably have croutons removed and make it gluten free. Good I had was very tasty and enjoyable and a nice gluten free desert that was chocolate…so not all bad!! I have loved everything about my stay and I want to promote this to travellers for the cruise ships…..especially those who travel from the North…I hear their stress etc from travelling and I think this option should really be considered by them all…. Thank you for the most enjoyable stay…I love it here!
There was nothing I didn’t like …except the continual banging of doors but that is out of hotels control….it was constant in and out of rooms and children running around…but it stopped eventually ….didnt affect my sleep and I’m not one to complain…although a lot probably would.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.both day and night staff.went above and beyond.the location was great.the room was clean and comfortable and well worth the money
I paid for 2 extra members of my family for breakfast.i don't think I will return for this reason alone.i Paid a lot of money and Extra for 2 extra breakfast's. The breakfast was ok and nice .but as my dad tried to get a last coffee he was told it is stopped.i get they need to clean up.but surely could leave the coffee machine on especially while there is customer's still in the restaurant.it sort of ruined what was a great couple of days

Loved everything about the hotel. The grounds surrounding the hotel were beautiful & very peaceful. I was welcomed by a really lovely lady on the reception which was great! Hotel room was beautifully decorated (and I have to mention.. it was a 10/10 to have a pristine clean shower curtain! My biggest pet hate when it’s not changed so thank you). Super comfy nights sleep so happy all round! Will definitely be back to stay as the property was approx 20 mins away from the Motocross event I was attending for the weekend!
My only bug (which is very minimal), is there weren’t plugs next to the bed to charge my phone unless I unplug the lamps, but I have a very long charger chord so it wasn’t a big issue.

The hotel made for a good staycation location from London. It is pet friendly which was great as we could bring our dog with us. The staff are friendly, and the rooms were clean on arrival. The hotel was relatively quiet which is great for a spa/relaxing weekend. There was a pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzee, which was relaxing. The restaurant staff at breakfast worked really hard and were very polite depsite the rush around them.
1. Check in at 4pm is a little late for most people coming in, and seems extreme for a check out time of 10am. 2. there was no 'do not disturb' sign in the room to let cleaners know that you dont want your room cleaned, which was odd. However we simply let the cleaner know and she was happy to accept. 3. Breakfast gets busy from 8:30-9:30am , and things run out quickly (bowls, glasses, water, coffee etc...). The staff were really working hard to keep up, but I heard a few grumbles from the guests. Overall, we had a lovely , chill stay, thank you to all the staff.

Absolute bargain price at £42 for the night. I was skeptical reading the reviews but booked a hotel room with no window and was worried but we had a lovely skylight and the room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the guy on reception was very welcoming. Only thing I would say that there wasn’t any plug sockets in the room that weren’t behind bedside tables that you had to pull out to get to them. Could do with perhaps moving room around so they are easily accessible. The pool and spa was lovely. And the first time I have been to a hotel with an actual warm pool and it’s not freezing cold. Jacuzzi was lovely as was the sauna and steam room. On a Friday evening not as busy as I thought only a handful of people. We didn’t stay for breakfast or dinner so can’t comment on that but would definitely come back. As for the price this place is excellent value for money and just what we needed for a night away considering the pool was included in price of the stay. Fabulous!! :) :) :) :) :) :)

The room was very spacious, comfortable and peacefull, the TVs were a good size and the tassimo machine, the bed was huge and comfortable
Just some little niggles that took nothing away from a relaxing weekend away from the kids, The cups for the tea making facilities were too small, couldn't figure out how to turn on the fridge, the signal on the TV wasn't the best most channels unavailable, bed needed more or larger pillows, the breakfast was terrible, you get better value and a greasy spoon

Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Offered us an upgrade to a suite for an extra charge which was so much better. That was great. Beautiful room!
Breakfast was a disaster, missing plates, cups, sausages and eggs . That was not enough staff, food not cooked well, bacon and mushrooms almost raw. It didn’t worth the money at all, next day we went out for breakfast. Charging to use gym and swimming pool was unbelievable. Never seen something like there in a 4stars hotel.

Easy check in, accommodated, on a ground floor room. The room was very spacious, with a lounge and bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There was TV in both the lounge and bedroom. The room was well equipped with ironing board, security safe, coffee machine, fridge. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices- cereals., fruits, cooked breakfast, tea, coffee. All ideal stuff to start the day with a smile. Staff was helpful and generally good at dealing with quires.
Poor service at the bar. It took too long to order food and drinks in the evenings, which appears to be lack of sufficient staff, -

The location is awesome and has a lovely golf course. The swimming pool was nice too. Both our children enjoyed playing in it. We, a couple, had some time in the steam and sauna. We used the jacuzzi, too. It was surprisingly only for 16 and above. It is very peaceful there.
The cost of breakfast was a bit high as it was the same for children as for adults, usually kids pay half price. The carpet in the room was very dusty and old. That put my kids off a lot. They didn't like it. They provided with fans but no mini- refrigerator was there to keep cold drinks in. Kids were a bit disappointed with that. Rest was lovely.
