Immaculate , spacious and comfortable in a pleasant rural location. Charming period property. Huge bedroom with sofa and armchairs in front of a ready laid wood burner. Very swish modern en-suite marble bathroom with walk in shower. Jane provided the best hot drink tray I have ever seen with insulated French coffee press, real ground coffee, assorted high quality teas, fresh milk in the fridge and a couple of chocolate club biscuits. Fabulous cooked breakfast with home produced eggs in a delightful 18c dining room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

What host do you know who when you arrive five hours late and can't find the place because it's dark, will go to the end of the lane and walk you in? What bedroom do you know that has a grand piano? A wonderful wrap-round garden with private patio & chairs. Superb breakfast. Excellent pub two minutes walk away (serving proper steak & kidney pie with shortcrust pastry). What more could a couple want.

Sign on the main road could be a bit bigger and (for OAPs like us) the loo a bit taller.

Woodlands Cottage Farm is a beautiful property set within a scenic location - the en suite room we stayed in was a great size and very stylishly decorated, with patio doors opening onto a glorious garden. Our host Jane was very hospitable and made us feel right at home. Jane not only made us a delicious breakfast but had baked a chocolate cake so that we could have some slices with a cup of tea on arrival. We had a really relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable stay!

We attended a wedding in the area, and selected Woodlands Cottage Farm B&B as our overnight accommodation. Our room was huge, clean and stunning. A lovely garden area, patio seating outside, with car parking just outside our private entrance gate. Inside the room was a large comfortable bed, fireplace (not used as it was summer) and a large couch and chairs in the lounge. Coffee and tea making facilities were generously available. The bathroom was also large, with a spacious shower. Breakfast was perfect too, a complete choice of what you wish for, available by completing a breakfast questionnaire the evening before. Our host Jane was extremely helpful with everything, having also provided all the required information prior to the arrival date. The venue was extremely tranquil and quiet. We would have enjoyed staying a few more days. Overall we were thoroughly impressed, and we would definitely rate this B&B as 5 star.

Everything, it was beautiful here.Spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely breakfast and great hosts. The gardens were immaculate and we even had a grand piano in our room. The wet room was amazing and spotlessly clean. We would have given a 12/10 review,but can only go to 10. We really appreciate all your hard work, and wish you all the best for the future. Beautiful location, the house and gardens have bags of character and are immaculate. Jane and Paul are wonderful hosts and ever so friendly, breakfast was fabulous and as their hens were laying plenty of delicious eggs we even got to bring some home! Even their cows are friendly, the room itself is large, comfortable and has everything you need. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again if we were in the area.

Nothing to dislike.

Our suite was an annexe to a lovely farmhouse in a perfect setting. The suite was mordernised while retaining the character of the farmhouse. The log fire was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in front of. We had a really generous and tasty breakfast both mornings that we stayed. Paul and Jane were great hosts who literally went the extra mile for us. Looking forward to returning asap.

I booked this based on previous reviews. Massive thank you to all those that did and were 100% right. Only shame that it was for one night. Absolutely delighted with the accommodation and breakfast was the best I’ve had in ages. If you like walking there is a lovely forest opposite which we only managed an hour and half before turning back for a cuppa. Enjoyed sitting in the garden watching the birds and chilling. Thank you to Jane for being a wonderful and attentive host!

A real homely atmosphere, extremely comfortable bed & lounge suite. Beautiful surroundings & farm animals as well. Jane, the host was very lovely & gave excellent service. The breakfasts were excellent, nice to meet someone who knows how to cook scrambled eggs correctly. The room was exquisite, tastefully decorated with vintage items to give it a real home from home appeal. The farm is located within walking distance of the lovely village of Wickham where you will find a good variety of shops & quality places to dine out. If you want to make a holiday of it there are lots of attractions nearby. We took a trip to The Wealds & Downlands outdoor museum, home of the TV show The Repair Shop, it was a great day out. We cannot praise this property highly enough, we certainly intend to return if possible.

Couldn’t ask for better place. Beautiful cottage, room is very comfortable and clean. Great location, walking distance from the pub and meon valley trail. Lovely little details, like jar of cookies, plenty of towels ( normally it’s just 2 per person, which is not enough) and toothbrush charger in the bathroom. Very tasty breakfast with plenty to choose from. Fresh berries, warm croissants, homemade jams, and freshly cooked English breakfast. I had scrambled eggs with salmon and that was delicious.We definitely will be back, but without kids this time 🤞
