The room was really spacious and clean. It's location was perfect with Lidl just across it and the main road in front of it. Sainsbury gas station and grocery is just two minutes away too. The check-in and out was smooth, no hassle. You'll just have to fill in a form when you check-in and leave the keys in the room when you check out. It's got parking space too.

The parking space needs to have lines to ensure that there's enough space for each car. On our second night, one car was parked too far from the other one which forced us to squeeze our car too near the gate.

Made my own breakfast, crockery and cutlery supplied, good to have a fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities. Room size fine. Bed mattress was not as good as hoped but serviceable enough. Light and airy room.

Bed mattress could've been better but I have a bad back. I have a memory foam mattress at home. It's on a main road so obviously there's traffic, though quiet at night. A lot of light pollution from street lights and Lidl's across the road. Problem sorted with an eye mask. Even use it at home now.

Easy to get there from the train station and with close bus stops and big supermarkets. Easy walk distance to Truro city center.

There was no hair dryer as I found the box empty was inconvenient as didn't bring one as was advertised in the facilities. Also the fridge was quite useless and didn't cool at all. So don't lose your money buying stuff because you are not going to have cold drinks. And a bit noisy because of traffic and a busy parking opposite the accomodation. So bring earplugs if light sleeper.

Lovely, friendly lady who was really welcoming and was great with my two little girls. My girls loved the bunk beds and the double bed was also very comfortable. It was a lovely touch having mint chocolates left on the bed, as well as biscuits with the tea and coffee 😊 lovely and quiet and a good sized room. Would definitely stay again!

It was a shame to have a room out the front which is on the main road as was hoping for a view of the city (which the back rooms have).The shower wasn't very powerful and the shower head didn't stay on the holder so needed to be held the whole time.

Perfect location, 10 mins from town and train station. Opposite a lidl, and 5mins from a big Sainsbury’s. Very clean, well stocked. Tea, coffee, biscuits, fresh towels, and chocolates. Also came with hand soap, body wash, and toilet paper. Room was big and well heated. View of the cathedral.

Fridge wasn’t cold at all, so couldn’t keep fridge stuff in it but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also not an issue, but the bathroom door was sliding, so no lock or sound proofing.

Clean and comfortable room with excellent shower. Liked having a fridge. Good supplies of tea and coffee. Good towels. Excellent wi-fi. Though breakfast not provided, there was a supermarket just across the road, so easy to buy food.

Basin in the en-suite was tiny, so difficult to wash or clean teeth without getting water on the floor. Would have been good to have some shelving in the shower room too, for toiletries etc. Very hard to fill the kettle! However, other family members staying here had bigger rooms so our room might be a-typical

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, room was in good decorative condition, clean and comfortable. Location a 15 minute walk into town for restaurants, but also facilities close by. Fridge and microwave in the room, so we bought breakfast from nearby shops.

Downside is no breakfast, but we where aware and where happy to organise out own. No lift, but not a problem for us even though we where on the top floor. The staff actually helped us take our things up on arrival to save two trips up the stairs.

The room had tea & coffee making facilities plus a small fridge which was great for us. Also a small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom was quite generous size, good supply of hot water. Handy to supermarkets. We didn’t use the TV.

Not much to not like at this price, We had a twin room - beds were a bit saggy. Space was tight in the bedroom but that was no surprise. The hanging space for clothes was over the fridge/kettle area so you just had to be a bit careful.

Within 10 minutes walk of railway station and city. Both Sainsbury and Lidel supermarkets within 5 min walk. Plenty of off road parking for those with cars. Tidy, single room with all amenties. Staff were lovely, willing and able.

Bed a bit soft for me and feather pillow maybe not suitable for those with allergies, although choice of pillows available. I was ok with main road traffic noise but maybe not suitable for light sleepers nor the white curtains which meant room wasn't dark.

Everything was great, very clean and comfortable, really had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my stay and absolutely loved Truro, I also had a view of the cathedral from my window, loved it! The lady at the reception was welcoming and friendly. There's a big Lidl just across the road, so you can get some food and drinks there.

The only tiny downside is that it's a bit of a steep walk uphill, it's not too bad but something that someone might need to be aware of. It's great if you are travelling by car.
