I liked the peace and tranquillity of the place.The villa was clean and well facilitated aswell as the surrounding areas.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food at the restaurant was decent.I have booked again for next year as we all enjoyed our holiday stay.

The creepy crawlies,but you can't help nature and especially in a woodland area.I wish I could of stayed longer.

The place was modern, clean and new. Set in the wonderful Cornish countryside, it was both picturesque and utterly functional. The Valley accommodated us at the last minute when another property had let us down. The staff were amazing and they should be very proud of their business.

Only the bed.... just needs a new mattress. Apart from that, zero complaints.

Comfortable beds, high quality sofas, nice touches such as toilettries and dressing gowns.

Fridge really wasn’t very good, even on coldest setting it wasn’t that cold. Some simple things lacking - large knife, bread knife, tongs that worked, a frying pan (had to try and do bacon, sausage and eggs in one large skillet pan). No sockets near the bed to charge phones.

Location was perfect for us,Central for all places we wanted to visit. The cottage and site was so lovely.would definately book here again. The facilities and staff were amazing, so happy with it all.

Lovely place. The customer service is excellent! The ladies on reception - Lauren and Pariss? - are so friendly and helpful. Dog-friendly accommodation is so clean and comfortable. There are signposted dog walks too.

Would be great if the Azura cafe was open on weekends as there was nowhere on the complex to go to eat or drink on the Sat and Sun eves.

Nice cottage! Very friendly & helpful staff! Liked the letter every day with suggestions of different things to see & do every day!

Stayed in the cottage for 3 nights, absolutely loved it. Very clean place, staff is very friendly and helpful! The location of the place is really close to the town and any supermarket shops. Definitely coming back, but next time in summer ONE OF THE FAVOURITE PLACES FOR HOLIDAY - RECOMMEND! :)

lovely location - easily accessible for all coastal areas. second visit here and find the place quiet and welcoming. Accommodation great and spacious.

WIFI is an issue - as sometimes no signal in the lower floors of the property. Phone signal also struggling on lower levels. Would have liked to have had the option of use of the restaurant but it was pop-up style due to current restrictions, which is understandable.

Beautiful property with well maintained rooms and kitchen for self catering. Staff were courteous and allowed us to check in late without any issues. It is perfectly placed to travel around in Cornwall. Pandemic measures were excellent, each family being able to access the indoor pool facility for 30 mins per day.

The on-site restaurant could be open for longer hours and have more choices so there is an option.
