Excellent breakfast, freshly cooked, quality ingredients, good portions, choice of cereal before generous cooked breakfast. Shared shower room/toilet offered no problems as there were only three rooms. Comfortable and cool lounge if you wanted a bigger tv screen or social chat. Ruth and Mark, the hosts, were friendly but not familiar and seemed keen to ensure your stay was comfortable. The had excellent local knowledge and responded positively to requests for, for instance, strong tea, the loan of utensils. There is a beautiful garden, the b & b is well placed for Bangor, the coast, Anglesey and Snowdonia. The double bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows to offer a good night's sleep. Ample parking hidden from the main road. All in all, they offered exceptional value for money.

No wardrobe. Hangers were offered so you could hang your shirts on the door, but none of them would accommodate trousers. No biscuits on arrival and subsequently! Very minor quibbles which are easily put right.

Picturesque and quaint little place stunning scenery and postcard picture perfect. Beds are exceptionally comfy, and the facilities provided in the rooms were quality. The staff were just amazing and went above and beyond, and they made the most amazing breakfasts and hot chocolate, even dairy free ones, too Even though it's located on a busy intersection, you couldn't hear any outside noise. Cannot wait to book again for next year

The shower was quite tempremental, which was either too hot or too cold, but we managed.

Location is perfect for touring all of north Wales, it has a good sized car park and the bonus is the host welcomes bikers, and have 2 downstairs rooms off from the main building next to where the bikes can be stored securely!

Although it’s August it was a tad cold in the room so I would bring a water bottle just to take away the chill on a evening.

Location at the top of the Llanbereis pass good for access to Caernarfon (and to walking country, not that this was my mission). Breakfast (full English, other choices available) was good in quantity, well-cooked, though naturally did not meet the extensive range of the large hotel chains with dozens of guests. My room was "dog friendly" - I'll possibly return with wife and dogs one day! IT was very close (under 5m ) from where I parked my car - ideal for my harp which could not live in the car overnight! and no steps (so disability helpful).

Not immediately obvious which door I should go to on arrival - there were 3, and signage could have been better

Spent three days in the area and our stay was a perfect location. Lovely people and they gave us such a warm welcome. Our room was very comfortable and easy to relax in the evening. Breakfast was prepared wonderfully. Thank you very much.

I never find the need to say something negative for the sake of it. I'll call them A, B, C and X, Y Z.

Owners were friendly and helpful The room was a mini chalet with its own bathroom it was clean and had tea, coffee making facilities . The TV although small had Netflix and you tube which was a pleasant surprise along with by being able to get WiFi for my rather geriatric tablet ... Breakfast was good tasty and the evening meal was tasty All in all a pleasant place to stay .

A little close to the road but wasn't too noisy Evening meals stop at 6pm but the owners deserve some downtime so minor niggles

The breakfast was amazing, location was really close to where we needed to be. It was a very quaint B&B that was perfect for what we needed it for. The hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable too.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom and no hairdryer. Also the wifi was really poor but the host explained that this was because of the rural location. If I was staying for a holiday that wouldn't bother me at all, just made work a little more tricky but not impossible.

Delicious breakfast . Lovely tearoom on site. Owners very knowledgeable and friendly. Location perfect for exploring in different directions. Rooms perfect for our needs. Two doubles with shared bathroom for our family . Would visit again

The breakfast was excellent with fruit juice, toast, cereals, and a full fried breakfast if desired. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, television, tea-making facilities and en suite shower/toilet. The location was ideal for accessing Snowdonia by car and was just a 10 minute drive from the town of Bethesda.

The toilet/shower was very cramped. The location was in the middle of the countryside on a roundabout. So, it was not possible to walk to a bar or cafe from the B&B. A car was necessary.

Lovely polite hosts, room was perfect and location was great! Although not walkable it was in the middle of everything and a 10 minute drive from Snowdon and Bangor. Breakfast was great and everything was clean would definitely recommend!
