Staff really friendly and helpful. Food was really good - especially breakfast. Bedrooms clean and comfortable.

When you arrive at the hotel it doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but is much better when you get inside, though clearly quite old and in need of a bit of maintenance here and there. This was nothing major - more aesthetic - and didn't detract form the enjoyment of the stay.

The staff especially the bar and cleaning staff were excellent. They could not have been nicer. I hope to go back next year for 8 nights to snooker in the ICC. The Holiday Inn is so close to the ICC.

The only complaint I have is I order pizza on two separate occasions during my 8 nights stay..Both times the pizza was cold. The second time I ordered it i asked to have it hot but unfortunately it was cold. The second time the base was cold and uncooked. I don't like to complain but I would advise not to order pizza. The lasagne was delicious.

Breakfast was excellent and was much better than that available at the Holiday Inn Coquelles. The Meal we had on the Thursday night of our stay was good and the service very good. The staff were very hepful and really helped to make our stay more comfortable.

The receptionist (initials, E.R.) deserves special mention. She was friendly and helpful and made us all feel welcome. It was great that the hotel.had so many electric car chargers! A little unfortunate that some shared their parking spaces with disabled bays. Having a pool, regardless of size, was my daughters favourite part, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The sofa bed that my daughter had was uncomfortable.

we like the location by the reason we returned to stay was because staff are so friendly. some of them remembered us and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

more vegan options for breakfast needed! for example vegan sausages rather than vegetarian sausages. one lady on reception was impolite to our children. she demanded to know what they were doing and where there parents were when we were right behind them. we also support our children being independent and we’re behind them so they were safe but also allowing them to go ahead to open the room key. here us was was completely unnecessary. very disappointing

The pool and restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful when our room had not been booked correctly. They quickly gave us alternative rooms. The children eating free was a great bonus.

The plug holes were full of hair in the room and shower at the pool. Due to the change of rooms we didn't get our excective perks of orange juice and mini bar, slippers and robes. However, the hotel made sure we had bottles of water and chocolate for the children.

Staff were very cordial and friendly. From the moment we arrived and left, we had no reason to complain or worry about the services. Every requests we made were met with promptness and courteousness. Food is great and affordable, served in filling quantities and the service is timely. The VIK offer for out little man was the best! Dude could walk in to the bar/ restaurant area every day and get snacks for free, or meals for free too when an adult is eating!

Confusion about how meals should be paid for I had a paid in advance offer but was still charged to room for the meal and had to sort out next morning which delayed departure

The staff was more than helpfull,they was superb from the receptionist,bar staff,restaraunt .The food from evening meal and breakfast was gorgeous .Even after checking out they stored our suitcases until we returned from our daughters graduation.They even booked us a taxi ,fantastic.

Our toilet was a bit loose and the iron was connected to ironing board
