The room was very comfortable and just suited our needs. The lady at the counter ms Zambila was very helful snd quick. She even upgraded our second room st no extra cost. I had emailed earlier with a request for late checkout and affitional bed in room. Both were taken care of The place is ideally located on the motorway if you are touring the area .24 hojr macdonalds and wh smith next door

Nothing really. Maybe the fact that there was no lift and the washroom sink was a bit blocked. Well worth the money.

It was very easy to find as it was on the motorway services. Pet friendly, clean, rooms were quite big, bed comfortable with extra beds provided for 2 kids under the age of 16, tea and coffee facilities provided, bottle water provided.

This is just a few suggestion: to make it clear at checking that they will register the clients car registration so they did not have to do it. Also that the reception is not manned all the time in the morning when we were checking out around 930 am

As expected simple overnight accommodation, room and bath room clean and tidy, plenty of space in room.

Simple points, only one desk chair there needs another to prevent having to sit on bed especially if staying 2 nights. Bedroom was not made up after first night but on reporting we were provided with clean towels, and as an apology we were handed free breakfast vouchers the next morning. Very welcome thanks to rhe staff. The service area was not the best location with problems parking any time of day less so in the evening and early morning.

The location what great I liked the fact we had most things right on the doorstep the staff went above and beyond nothing was to much or to little they was so friendly you have the option to have your room and beds done every day as long as you put the sign on your door by 11 o'clock Am if you ask there is also the option for late checkout for a small charge I have stayed in quite a few days inn and this one by far is the best on at present

The decor could do with a little touch-up, and the baths could do with a refurbish

Quiet and clean room. Good facilities I.e hairdryer, TV reception, hostess tray, complimentary water. Great for an overnight stay.

Beds a little firm for our liking. Bathroom needs refreshing and shower pressure poor and tepid water only. Note pushed under our door regarding someone smoking in our part of the motel which disturbed the dog. As lifelong, non smokers, we weren't impressed!

Location is perfect halfway between 2 destinations! Dog friendly always wins it for me, room 14 on the ground was great clearly a double room great space for the dog to play with his toys Staff were great super friendly

Staying one night, nothing stands out

Front Desk - Sabila at Front Desk, and I believe Manager, Carolina really exceptional

Filthy Front Court full of Cigarette butts. And for some extraordinary reason half of the picnic tables outside on the rear grass were sideways on the side of the hill!! Sometimes, but not always the Costa staff were a little grumpy! The Scrambled Eggs in the Full Breakfast were disgusting - almost white. Powdered?

Easy access perfect for a one night stay as we were going to an event in Wales and thought it would be a lot of driving. Being located where it is makes it handy and it was about half way from home. The room was lovely and perfect for what we wanted.

The bars at reception which I understand isn't staffed during the morning makes for an interesting first impression. The staff were friendly and kind and need not fear and I get why we do it.

Did not know that they took bookings for the room i was in so by the time the staff told me it was to late to cancel the one booking so I lost fourty two pounds so I will start to stay in hotel just before the days hotel

Too dark in the room had to keep curtains closed cos it was on ground floor and there was a lot of noise outside all through the night

Convenient though not very romantic location with helpful member of staff. Nice room with comfortable beds which was manageable with my son who was in a wheelchair due to having broken his leg

I couldn't get the electrics to work by inserting the key fob but insertion of a spoon as well did get the lights to turn on... There was plenty of tea and coffee but we could have done with more milk.
