I was very impressed with the amount we paid we weren't expecting such a beautiful looking hotel . Outside and inside, very bright and airy The beds were so comfortable . The breakfast was beautifully laid out , plenty of choice, and a great hearty full english. The lady serving at breakfast greeted u. Good morning was very helpful. The reception staff was welcoming, and Jonathan was very efficient, allowing us to check in slightly early. Everything was really clean , from arrival untill departure we had a great stay .Thank-you for a great stay !

Maybe more tea bags in the rooms ? There wasn't anything else I could say we was unhappy with 😊

Perfect location for my visit. Have stayed before but a few years ago. It was clean and bright and the room was good with a very clean and perfect shower.

The breakfast was poor. Looked at it at 9am on the Friday, friends said drinks machine not working, the hot food!!! The bacon was pretty awful only 2 sausages available, no eggs a few beans and no tomatoes. The guy was fixing the machine and then went for more scrambled egg. All in all , not good. All needs upgrading and staff to keep filling up. Therefore went to the village for a perfect breakfast each day. Had to wait 10 mins for staff to be on reception to check out. 6 of us waiting!!

Really smart and tidy. Larger rooms than i was expecting for the price. Attentive staff, and good selection of drinks available at front desk. Great wash products and very very comfy beds! I dont think based on value for money it can be beaten although you are just off the motor way and about 30 minutes from cardfifd. Wont think twice about booking again.

Although bar food was available, the restaurant was closed which seemed a shame for a saturday evening. Being really picky- some of the grouting in the bathroom was very black and would look cleaner if touched up.

Spotless. Value for money. Lovely staff and helpful both reception and at breakfast. Close to motorway . Comfortable beds and spotless linen. Air con . Breakfast self serve but limited . Having said that plenty to eat. Cereal , yogurt, toast , pastries , porridge , hot food avail such as bacon , beans , sausage , etc on hot plate but very limited in variety. I note alot of people have complained about breakfast on this site . So I was naturally expecting the worst but it was actually lovely.

Rooms dated but very comfortable and clean . The restaurant that is opposite was shut on a Sunday . Very limited menu available in the hotel lobby such as pizza, pasta or curry. We ordered curry from Just Eat App

I'd been there a couple of times recently. For sure it is a great option, the price is absolutely fair. The hotel is really good, beds are so comfortable, rooms are so quiet, staff is nice and is just great to have a little gym when you spend there some days. Parking is big and plenty of light. If you are travelling to Bristol, for me is one of the best options. Amazing natural places near by.

There is a couple of things that I was not very happy with. One is that you can not open the window in the morning for ventilation purposes. In the same line, there is not extractor in the bathroom so the air can get really concentrated. I used to keep the door open for a while, to allow "new" air to come in. The second one is that the housekeepers don't put much attention in making your bed properly or other details.

The hotel is really nice, have a lovely decoration and looks relaxing from the time you step in! The reception and bar staff were really nice and polite, check in and check out completely stress freeThe buffet of english breakfast was really tasty and had lots of options! Amazing value for the price for the hotel and the breakfast too! The room for me was the most unexpected surprise, big room with the most confortable bed I have ever slept in! Shampoo/body wash, conditioner, hair dryer, iron and iron table available in the room and a working TV (which is rare to happen). Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay in there again!

Althought the room seemed clean when we first arrive, I had not really used anything as we arrived late at night. Next day when I went to take a shower, the shower seemed blocked, but as I was in a hurry I didn't look closely. When I came back in the evening (after the room have been "cleaned") I found hair on the toilet floor and the shower completely blocked with hair. I took a plastic bag and started taking out the hair, just to find out it were mostly blond hair (my hair is black), which means the housekeepers have not cleaned that in a while! It was quite disgusting to be honest. I also requested a fan in the reception (since the one in my room was really noisy and the room was boiling hot) but it never came (I waited until after midnight).

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was good too. Breakfast and dinner was OK. But we didnt notice until until the morning there was a bar and grill opposite, which maybe we should have used. All the staff were excellent, they were very friendly and helpful, customer service was excellent.

So I am not sure if there was a choice of pillows anywhere, but all 3 of us hated the pillows, they provided no support for your head. We only stayed 1 night, if we stayed longer and there wasn't a choice it would have been a problem.

Exceptional value for money for our one night stay. We needed a convenient stop over as we were going to a university open day, which started early the following day, so the location of the hotel was great for us, literally just off M4. The lady on reception was very professional, the rooms were really clean, beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a lovely shower and proper size bath sheet towels. All in all, great value for money and just what we needed for a late last-minute booking. Would definitely recommend here.

One slight niggle (but nothing really) the breakfast wasn't mentioned when we checked in. When I've been to other similar hotels, on checking in, the staff do try to upsell a breakfast if I've only booked accommodation, but it wasn't even mentioned. This is the only slight negative I could find and hardly worth mentioning, really.

Brand new building, very clean and well designed. Comfortable rooms with every detail nicely thought-through. There was a small gym. Very clean hotel with convenient access from parking. Somewhat difficult to find access but nothing that makes it a problem. Breakfast was typical American-style continental basic. Very friendly staff. Hotel located in industrial subdivision.

I wish thee was some outdoor space for kids and a bit of green area or mini-garden. That would make it better for families. Access not very easy once you get there first time. Breakfast menu was a little bit too basic. There could be healthier choices than basic eggs, sausages, bacon and potatoes.
