The room was lovely and the air conditioning worked really well. Tea and coffee-making facilities were excellent and the hotel provided a hair dryer and ironing board.

The issues I had with the room were very specific to me rather than general issues with the hotel. The rooms appear to be designed for taller people, I'm 5 foot tall and have mild mobility problems, getting into the bed was difficult and i risked falling when doing so. The TV wasn't great, picture was blurry and was designed to pair with guests devices, I don't use a smartphone and didn't have passwords with me to use the additional options. The hotel use duvets and no sheets, it was far too warm for a duvet so I had to sleep without a cover which isn't something I would normally do.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was nice, and the room was clean. The toiletries included were Elemis and were of good quality. The bed linen and towels were clean. The TV was of a good size. There was a good amount of parking available. Despite being close to the motorway there was no road noise in the bedroom.

There were only decaf coffee sachets in the room, no normal coffee sachets. There were no mattress or pillow protectors on the bed. These are very minor issues that would probably have been resolved if we had asked, but as we were only staying 1 night we didn't bother.

rooms were well laid out if sofa bed not used . Main bed was large and confortable Carpark was good Property all looked clean and well presented. Staff very friendly and efficient. A very near/almost onsite restaurant facility

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and caused me to bruise my leg twice because of the metal bits sticking out. Tap in hand basin only had a trickle flow of water not sufficient to wash well. Restaurant was very expensive and they added a service charge to the bill for two of us which i found in appropriate. - meal was lovely but strange to have no veg/side salad with dishes just tiniest pot of coleslaw

I was very impressed with the amount we paid we weren't expecting such a beautiful looking hotel . Outside and inside, very bright and airy The beds were so comfortable . The breakfast was beautifully laid out , plenty of choice, and a great hearty full english. The lady serving at breakfast greeted u. Good morning was very helpful. The reception staff was welcoming, and Jonathan was very efficient, allowing us to check in slightly early. Everything was really clean , from arrival untill departure we had a great stay .Thank-you for a great stay !

Maybe more tea bags in the rooms ? There wasn't anything else I could say we was unhappy with 😊

Fantastic hotel with great comfortable rooms – large walk in shower was a real bonus for the price. Staff were always super friendly, helpful and the service was 10/10. It was very quiet on an evening, so perfect for both early starts and a good nights sleep. The restaurant has a good selection of dishes and the food was amazing – highly recommend the Grilled Cajun cod.

I would have liked the restaurant to stay open a little bit later, but this is because we’re usually later eaters (so, it’s not an actual issue).

Very friendly stuff. Welcome gift for our 3 years old daughter. Clean room, tasty breakfast, free parking.

Perfect location for my visit. Have stayed before but a few years ago. It was clean and bright and the room was good with a very clean and perfect shower.

The breakfast was poor. Looked at it at 9am on the Friday, friends said drinks machine not working, the hot food!!! The bacon was pretty awful only 2 sausages available, no eggs a few beans and no tomatoes. The guy was fixing the machine and then went for more scrambled egg. All in all , not good. All needs upgrading and staff to keep filling up. Therefore went to the village for a perfect breakfast each day. Had to wait 10 mins for staff to be on reception to check out. 6 of us waiting!!

Easy to check in, easy to find the room. Hotel was uncrowded and quiet, so very cosy. Everything provided in the room was good quality and worked okay.

What is it with hotels and tea-making facilities? Plenty of tea/coffee.. (single occupant) but only two sachets of sugar. Why? The sliding glass door into the bathroom. Fine if you're on your own.. but not as private as one might prefer if you were sharing. Some mouldy silicone around the shower... not bad enough to bother me but it was noticeable.

Spacious, spotless, and comfortable room and ensuite. Lovely, polite staff. Nice, clean dinning area Good, quiet location, just off the M4. Good value for money. Would stay again if needed something in the same area.

Very minor grips , as most things were so good, but TV in the bedroom is small and dated, no USB sockets in the bedroom to charge phones, the shower gel was empty, and the breakfast was a little limited, but what there was was good. More variety of the cooked items and fruit would be nice.

Smaking area dirty and not cleaned with used drink cups left around for long periods and thousands of cigarette buts strewn around. It was located too close to main entrance and spoiled an otherwise excellent kerb appeal. Dried drink spoilled on floor of reception and not cleaned while guests arriving-leaving. Had to keep asking kitchen staff to replenish breakfast items that ran out (not late breakfast)
