Lovely spacious apartment. Close to City Centre & plenty of attractions. Clean apartment with everything you could need. Easy contact less check in. The hosts always let us park up earlier than check in so we can meet family/friends. We like it so we have returned multiple times.

The heating was on the 1st night we checked it, it was SO hot, it took me a while to turn the heating & radiators down, it gave me a bad headache. The toilet paper was not great but that is a personal preference others may not agree plus its given free so is not a complaint.

Sofa was so comfortable, in fact the 2nd night we pulled it out into the sofa bed & watched TV in style. Beds were comfortable, bedding was soft. Towels were there on arrival (2 bath, 1 hand & bath mat). Good location, not a long walk to the city centre at all. Has everything you could need & more. The decor, especially the paintings were amazing.

The only issue we found was that when we were using the cooker/hob to prepare breakfast on Saturday morning, the cooker tripped the electrics.

The location was great. We walked from the main shops in York (in the pouring pain) to our apartment with no problem. Driving & finding the apartment was really easy. Extremely clear house & check in instructions. Beautiful apartment that’s fully equipped with everything you need. (Apart from shampoo & conditioner) We had the king bed turned into two singles for me & my mum. They were comfortable. Read the guest note book for recommended places to go to (like free Gin tasting)!!! They also give you a discount card & free bubbly.

Beautifully quiet place but with VERY thin walls. So you’d need to be respectful when playing sound at nighttime. ( not a negative, just something to be aware of! )

The property was perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk into the centre with private parking. The apartment was clean and communication was excellent, everything you need was provided with clear instructions on how to use appliances.

Internet was a little slow to stream on the apps

Like, literally everything! There was even a YORK monopoly. Which we (me) enjoyed playing. Everything we needed was there and it was beautifully clean. Can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Sadly, some of the neighbours were up late. We have a 12 week old and we could just hear running up and down the stairs for ages. Sounded like children, but it was about 11pm. Definitely NOT the hosts fault and the apartment is amazing!

Smart and contemporary accomodation

Pillow quality and mattress not our usual but for two nights away ok , flat could do with a deeper clean in some areas , dusty blinds Needs some tumblers for bedside / breakfast juice instead of fragile wine glasses

Perfect location for sightseeing the city without being in the busy area. It was lovely and peaceful at night. Might be bit busier in summer months . Exceptionally decorated and maintained.

It was below freezing outside most of the time we were there and it took a while to heat the whole apartment up and the hall and bathroom remained cool. Again the temperatures were extreme so not a major issue.

Very good facilities. Everything was exceptional. The bed was a little more firm than we are use to but it was still a good nights sleep.

I didn't really like the keypad look to enter the property. It wasn't as user friendly as a I would like and took a lot of fiddling to get right

This property is in a fantastic location. So close to all attractions but far enough away that it’s not noisy. My daughter and myself stayed for a few days and it was wonderful we felt at home and had a very relaxing few days away. We will definitely be back.
