Well this was a real gem just off the main road! Helpful family members at check-in and departure and the view from the rear of the rooms was great! Excellent facilities and very clean.

We can't blame the hotel for this issue but we were in Sedona looking for an hotel locally. Booking.com's Search engine showed this hotel as about 9 miles from Sedona. Only after we had booked and paid was the actual distance shown as 40 miles by the shortest route; almost an hour's journey time by car. This meaned that we had an unexpected long drive to the hotel and then the same long return to Sedona the following morning. We had a similar experience with Booking.com in 2018 in Austria when a 10 miles journey before booking/paying became a 45 miles long journey through the Alps. Your Search engine provides journey data on the basis of a crow flying, not the actual route on the ground; this is very poor in 2022 and should be rectified :-(

No food included in stay but picked this location because it was close to the relatives we were visiting. Access was easy in and out and overall quiet.

Didn't know that we had to ask for clean towels or trash empty, thought that was standard to replace each day? With regards to booking company, they did not state the we requested an upstairs room and at first we were booked into a ground floor. However the staff was quick to accommodate the change.

The staff was super nice and friendly. Every time we had an issue they took care of it right away. Loved the private patio.

That the surge protector kept blowing when we ran the microwave, TV and the mini fridge came on. Since the room can have up to four people, it would be nice to have more than two wash clothes and three towels. Also more than two chairs.

The room was clean and smelled good. They had plenty of towels and to my surprise also toiletries like Shampoo, Conditioner, and soap. I am a coffee lover and was glad to see a Keurig coffeemaker with complementary coffee pods. It was spacious enough for my family and I. Easy check in and out. Overall we had a very good impression of this motel.

I liked the property. our room smelled like old cigarettes and musty. I would say things could use some updating.

stairs. I don’t do well on stairs. i asked for a bottom floor and got a top floor. they rented my room out to someone else and then gave me their room upstairs and when I signed for the room it was in the other peoples name not my name. It was all very confusing and the man that works at the front desk is hard to understand, he mumbles and his accent doesn’t make anything easier.

loved the , right in the middle of the forrest beautiful drive into flagstaff as well as beautiful drive through coconino forest into Sedona

there is a cute bar and delicious food truck right in front of the hotel however it’s closed Monday and Tuesday’s as well as all the other restaurants in town with no signs posted and no pots and pans in the room to utilize the kitchen I ended up spending 30$ on pb&j across the street at the gas station because there were no local grocery stores had I known it would have been easier to prepare

Not applicable for breakfast. The location was easy to find, yet quiet.

The bathroom was really small. The coffee maker failed to work the 2nd day we were there. Lots of stairs, but that's my own fault for not requesting a ground floor room.

Location good, right at expressway. Easy check-in. Neat, clean, quiet. Walkways, steps and parking lot were well cleared of snow.

I didn't like that 1st floor was 4/5 steps up, but it's not a deal breaker.

The room was the absolute best room that I have rented since I have been in Arizona. Beds were very comfortable. Room was extremely clean. I would recommend to anyone. There was even an extra heater in the bathroom in case of cold

I can't think of anything that could have been better
