The room was spacious, with a view looking on to greener, with mountains behind. The bed was very comfortable. There was a deck too. The location was ideal for us - at the ‘rural’ and quiet end of Uptown, and, yet, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking was easy.

I almost don’t want to say because I hope this place remains a hidden gem , but a cute little motel on the edge of town. Nice and “tucked away” yet only steps from uptown. I loved the location . Perfect for me. Easily accessible and no worrying about parking for uptown which can be a mess at busy times. So much more affordable than the chains and unique set up. Plus I love supporting small businesses. The owners were very nice and welcoming upon check in. Room was clean and comfy enough and had been rehabbed very cute. Great great value for the price.

My only real “complaints “ would be at some times the road noise but wasn’t terrible at night. The other would be , it’s definitely a older motel so if you’re on the bottom ( as I was) and someone is above you you can definitely hear them walking, their plumbing ( toilet flush and showering) , etc BUT for a night or 2 it’s tolerable unless they’re up all night. Just like living in an apt.

The hotel is owned by a couple who work the front desk. They were very nice. The room was a little expensive, but I would consider staying there again. The location is really good.

I needed to rest during the day and it was a little noisy then, but quiet otherwise. The shower head needs to be replaced, but it worked ok.

The property is in an excellent location with an amazing view of the mountains and walking distance to everything. The staff is great and the amenities are clean and comfortable with ample outdoor seating, open and spacious.

Becky, the host, was extremely helpful and thoughtful. She called us a couple days prior to our arrival to make sure we knew about a snow storm and possible road closures.

The heater in the small cabin was a wall unit in the main room, which left the bedroom and bathroom a bit more chilly, but it was fine.

This was a very adorable little place to stay in Sedona - reasonably priced and quiet location at end of main street. My only single complaint would be the AC was very very noisy otherwise it was a great stay and very nice hosts!

Mountain views, vegetation was great! Rooms very clean. Like the fact that it was the last hotel toward Slide Rock State Park. walking to all stores and restaurants was a plus, a relaxing experience.

Wonderful location within walking distance to Uptown, but far away from the noise. Easy parking roadside and behind the property. Friendly, helpful owners. Large, clean room with a balcony, fridge, microwave, AC, heater, clean bathroom, and toiletries. Pet friendly.

Some guests were noisy, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Location was great, and the parking was very convenient for getting things in/out of the room. Very walkable to lots of great restaurants in the area. Room was perfectly functional and clean, a little worn.

It was a little frustrating that the front desk was only staffed for a few hours each day, though it was a holiday weekend so maybe that is not always the case!

Very comfortable accommodation in a great location. Staff were so friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat and hike. Only stayed for one night - would have loved to have stayed longer.
