LOCATION!!

No elevators in Apartments/ Condos in basement. They give the best located rooms to the time share owners who know how to request them. You will get the worst location off of booking.com .. NOT the fault of booking but other people know which rooms to request and you will be left in a basement

Loved the layout, the fireplace, the kitchen was very well equipped

We were there for an entire week and we had no maid/cleaning service at all. No fresh towels delivered, no sheets, no trash pick up etc.

The location was perfect and the accommodations spacious. We loved it! We looked out on the beautiful red mountains from our balcony, the two bedrooms were comfortable, and the two bathrooms were huge, each with two sinks. The kitchen and living room were large enough for our family of five adults. The pool and business center were within a minute’s walk and it was so convenient to have restaurants and a little minimart also within walking distance. Plus, the restaurants in town were only a few minutes walk.

Our unit didn’t require stairs. Not sure if all are like that. The property is a little hilly, but parking available on different levels.

The room size was fantastic and the location being walking distance to restaurants was really nice. Overall it was a great stay and good value. I would come back

Would be nice if there was a restaurant right on the property. Maybe something like a pool bar/ grill or a breakfast option. The parking being first come first serve was a bit of a pain as a few nights I came back late and I had to drive pretty far from my room to get a spot, however not a big deal and never an issue during the day or early evening.

Location. Hot tub. Spacious rooms. Fire place. Views. Staff.

Rooms were outdated. Seen a roach.

Perfectly located with hikes and restaurants nearby and plenty of free parking! Check in and check out was seamless. I really appreciated the fact that the manager addressed my concerns and personally went and inspected the room before we checked in. I will definitely stay here again for our next Sedona trip!

big problem with few of staff not knowing how to put my bank card through to pay for deposits & final night of stay (I prepaid for most of my stay). my travel plans were almost canceled!!! I was given a few days exception to fix my supposed bank problem. On 3rd day the real accounting / reservation manager (?) admitted that her staff did not know what they were doing & she put my bank card through the system without problem.

Excellent treatment from the friendly and professional staff. The room was excellent and it exceeded our expectations.

Nothing was wrong, the property is still under construction. We look forward to returning when it is finished.

the design and landscaping was very nice, made you feel like you were not right in the middle of town, but we’re actually we’re which was great

the pool was not open due to delays in the routine maintenance that was scheduled and we couldn’t use any if that whole area. it was one of the main reasons I chose the resort.

Great location. Beautiful views.

The room needs love. Carpet was dirty. Cabinets are showing wear. Entry stairs looked like something was spilled in a corner, dripped down the steps, and not washed off by cleaning staff.
