The location just down the hill off the main strip was wonderful for evenings in town. The resort has a beautiful garden in the center with a fountain complete with swings and seating that made for peaceful moments outside. The villa was well appointed with everything we might need, and the in room laundry was excellent with all activities we did in Sedona. Great value and incredible location!
The Arroyo Roble was really a wonderful resort with no drawbacks that would negate our return. It is a great value. The villas may be a little older, but the only thing missing would be new carpet and a rug in the living area.

The best place over our 1 month travel in the States. We get lucky to get this huge 2 floors villa where my family finally had enough space. All the previous rooms that we had were small and tiny, and this one was a paradise for us. We also had a waschmaschine, which we could use for free, which was perfect in the middle of Europe trip. On the second floor, we also had one jazzuzi, which we enjoyed a lot after a long day in the Grand Canyon. It's also a swimming pool, jazzuzi, and a sauna for common us, but in September, there were only us. We definitely recommend it. We will stay there again on our next trip in the States.

We loved the townhome vintage feel. It was quiet. Lots of room for a family. Comfortable beds. The grounds and the creek were lovely. We would consider another stay if the booking issue is resolved.
We booked a non refundable room on Booking.com at checkout I was asked to show my credit card and have now been double billed. I am still waiting for a refund of over $800 which is disconcerting. One evening a family was screaming for over an hour in the pool. Like insane screaming. Despite signs about yelling and quiet after 8pm the front desk said the family was just having fun and it was allowed. So much for our fun on our patio…

Loved the property and location. The unit was clean and homey, the grounds were nicely maintained and along with the creek the property was very serene. You truly do just walk or drive up a short but very steep hill and you are on the main street uptown where the shops and restaurants are. We didn’t receive the light refresh service that was supposed to be complimentary. Perhaps it was timed before 10 or after 2 when we had the do not disturb sign out. I would definitely stay here again!
The shower in the smaller bathroom was quite small and the smaller bedroom could use a ceiling fan.

We like that it wasn't like any other ordinary hotel we are normally used to ,i know it says resort, and yes, it did have a feel of it, but also, it felt more like home. Family friendly , kids enjoyed it. The place was clean, and we made sure to leave it spotless as well. Had fridge ,stove, microwave ,laundry, you name it. We felt comfortable, and we will definitely come back when we're back in Arizona doing a family trip . Staff is very nice as well . The ones I encounter with when checking in and out they made the stay even better, friendly, and helpful answered any question we had. so keep up the good work.
Maybe the pool area ,not enough space to sit, but I guess it's first come first serve

Location and amenities were the big sell for us on the Arroyo Robles. It’s a very short walk up the hill to get to the main strip in Sedona, and our kids absolutely loved all of the games, pool, and access to the creek running behind the property. Our only wish was that we had more time to spend enjoying them!
The only minor complaint was that the thermostat in the room was stuck on 71 degrees and despite “beeping” when we tried to adjust, the temp remained set at 71 (which got a little cold through the chilly evening). However, that was very minor.

the property was gorgeous as well as the "room". We only stayed one night but will be back to enjoy the balconies. These are townhouse style rooms and are huge. Plenty of space for a family. The resort also offers a large pool c9nnected to the hottest and game rooms, which we utilized and kept the little one busy.
The check-in process was a little slow for me but the internet was down in the community.

The hotel is right in the middle of Sedona with easy access to the main street, shops, tours, and restaurants. We had a full two-story apartment, with kitchen, multiple bed- and bathrooms, perfect for three people and with plenty of room for more. Great place to stay.
It is a lot older than it appears on the photos. The windows at the pool need to be polished - rather badly. (But other than it was clean.)

We came up from Chandler for spring break, this was our first time in Sedona and we couldn’t have picked a better location! It was me, my husband, mother and 3 kids and we had plenty of room to move around! Highly recommend!
Pools, steam room, restaurants and shopping areas. Arroyo is in such a prime location we had everything we needed. We even to a trip to the store to buy food to cook and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed.

We had a great stay here, the 2 level apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The two fireplaces were very nice! All the amenities were great too, a lot of options for sports and having fun. Location was good to, very close to Uptown Sedona. The views around the hotel are gorgeous!
The pool was not cleaned, the surface was full of fallen leaves from the nearby trees.
