The property was very nice. Everything was well kept. I had an excellent breakfast and the staff were all polite and courteous. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure to wash away the travel stress. The full sized towels were delightful. Having the park across the street with a nice long walking path was nice for stretching out the legs, and I found the location central to any location in Tucson, allowing for most any destination to be within an easy 15 to 20 minute commute. I would have no problem recommending this property, or staying again when I return.

The fitness facility has a definite need for upgrade. A universal machine is sorely needed.

My King suite was more than I expected, big tv, bed was comfy my room had a great view of the pool! The wristbands and towels provided for the swimming pool makes you feel like you’re at a resort, the garden and landscape is immaculate with palm trees and a nice sitting area outside. The gentleman staff we encountered were nothing but professional and super nice.

We stayed for several days and the first day we left to venture out and on our way back into the room my key didn’t work, had to go all the way back down stairs with all our belongings and children. Was a hassle.

The room was great. It was the right size for my family of 4. We enjoyed the pool and meeting the other guests there that had kids so all the children were occupied for hours.

When I booked this hotel. I looked how close it was to Tucson Comic Con and it started it was .2 miles from the Convention Center. When I arrived, I was disappointed at the location as we had to drive and pay for parking during our trip. I would have stayed at the Double Tree right next to the Convention center had I was informed correctly.

We chose to stay in a room with an outside patio. It was so quiet and I was able to enjoy my yoga outside on our patio under the fruit trees. The shower was hot and there was a huge tub available for soaking. T.V. Is important to me and all the local networks were available as well as cable news channels. Having several HBO channels I was able to catch up on movies I had missed seeing. Within a short walking distance you can walk through Reid Park where there are two ponds to watch ducks and geese. If you prefer larger species, theReid Park Zoo is a great way to spend the time and get your steps in at the same time.

Although there was parking very close to our hotel door, there was only one time in our two day stay that we parked there.

It was close to many restaurants and all places of interest for us. The staff was awesome!

The maids did not clean our rooms on Saturday. We had no service but had towels and trash so nothing was done. Saturday evening late we had some guests arguing in the wee hours of the morning which awakened us therefore not a restful night for sleep.

I chose this hotel for a one day getway with my spouse. It was so worth it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful my whole stay. Staff it did everything to accommodate me with my early check-in. Which was awesome. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very clean. Good job housekeeping staff. Location was close to my church. The pool was great and the gym could use a little bit more equipment. But it did everything it was suppose too. I will most definitely be coming back.

Stayed here for three nights and booked a King Suite through Booking.com. The King Suite is effectively two large rooms with one as the bedroom and the second as a living area. Well equipped, recently refurbished room (on 6th or 7th Floor), very quiet with great views across Tucson to the mountains.

Downside is the next door (unconnected) restaurant was pretty poor so It's a drive to eat.

The staff at this hotel is EXCELLENT. Check in was a breeze and they gave us a room with a beautiful northern view of the mountains. They utilize text messaging to answer questions you have, which is very convenient. They gave us an incredible gift for our 35th anniversary (see photos); a handwritten card and a bottle of champagne! What a treat! And if all of that isn't enough, they researched specific points of interest we inquired about, and provided us with a print out of the directions/details. Exceptional service minded people. The pool and hot tub were large enough for many people to use and the lighting at night was really pretty. Fruit trees are all throughout the property. The King suite we stayed in was quite large - TWO ROOMS, and TWO BATHROOMS in fact. It would be perfect for four people! The pillows were perfect for my aching neck. The black out curtains were so nice, because we could sleep in past sunrise after a late night. Parking was ample and safe.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and the fixtures in the sink were loose. These trivial complaints did NOTHING to make us unhappy, since there were so MANY good things about the hotel. I wish the gift shop was open, but I think they're remodeling. The ONLY complaint I truly had was that my bill at checkout was different than what I had been quoted by Booking.com. I was able to resolve the issue by contacting Booking and providing the receipt that showed the overcharge.

We always enjoy our stay. The pool and fire pits are a nice addition. The rooms are clean and the front desk folks are friendly. It's our go-to home away from home in Tucson.

While they have water in the lobby, they no longer have coffee in the lobby. You can purchase coffee and breakfast at the adjacent restaurant. They have coffee pods in the room which is fine but because they only clean once every few days, it was a struggle to hgunt down the extra coffee pods. Not a big deal, just a change.

The location was great for where we had to go to early the next morning. We never ate breakfast there. We got there around 9:30 PM and had to leave by 7:15 the next morning, so the price seemed a lot to us, but many motels were priced high and higher in Tucson. The staff was excellent at the front desk! The one guy that checked us in was so nice and made us feel so welcome and was so accommodating. The room was for handicapped, which I asked for. It was an older room and had no apartment sized fridge or microwave, and we thought it would. The hot tub was nice and stayed open until 11 PM, which was so great. All in all, everything was great for our short stay.

Could have been updated more and had a fridge and microwave. It was clean and the beds were fine, though!
