I loved how friendly the staff was at this location. Bit of an inconvenience that one entrance by car is closed. I'm sure the gate being closed is more for security which I am perfectly fine with. The room was clean and smelled clean with no fragrances sprayed which I enjoyed. The light smell of bleach, confirming to me that the room was hand cleaned and no deodorizer was used to cover up smells, was reassuring. I was absolutely thrilled to be in a non smoking room that didn't smell like cigarettes.

The door did stick when I returned my room. I suppose the door handle locking and unlocking mechanism is worn. Had to make sure the handle was in just the right position when swiping my key card to get it to unlock my door. This is less of a "didn't like" and more a comment that the door unlocking mechanism is a little fiddly yet not an issue for me at all.

The staff was actually amazing, which shocked the s*** out of me, to be honest. I am used to being treated a certain way by the majority of hotel/motel owners/staff in all areas of Tucson, and I must say this stay was nothing like those. I had a great experience and a lovely stay. The staff treated me with respect and kindness and i will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Very friendly management. Always visible on the property. The pool looked great but the weather was a little cold. There was always a parking space available. It is a work in progress regarding the refitting and upgrading of rooms, so it will be even better for future visitors. I came back one day to new curtain rails and curtains, for instance.

Like most motels, it is located on a busy road that may be noisy to some. The air-con would drown that out. It never bothered me.

The staff there now is amazing!! I loved the woman who works nights and the manager is super cool!!! The rooms are getting better as they are renovating them. The manager has a great personality that made the trip so relaxed and comfortable!! I will definitely be goin back every time I get a room here!

The area of town is shady but that's out of their control

This property is always amazing! The rooms are nice, clean, and the customer service is amazing! The owner is an amazing guy, and the staff is so considerate. I always make every effort to stay here when possible.

Price til gem show but still reasonable. Staff was great!

Price went up last week was there for gem show. Mattress kept sliding off frame. Very annoying. Felt like I was gonna roll off bed.

The Area. Lol Sketchy but yet humble neighborhood. It doesn't matter where you come from where are you are going it's a Melting Pot of everything in a very forgotten part of Tucson.... THE PEOPLE THERE WHERE GREAT. I HAD A WEIRD BUT FUN TIME.

the premises is well monitored, never once do I have to worry about my safety my family’s safety or the safety of my vehicle. the owner is ver approachable and makes himself available to all his patrons and if there is a issue the owner is quick to fix it

Friendly staff and the room was clean. It didn't smell bad when you walked in. That was a great plus right off the bat! The area was quiet, with a very comfortable bed and fresh sheets.

The tub and sink were old but clean. You had to ask for bath towels for your party but who can blame them these days with so much theft?

The owner & staff were very nice. Room was clean.

No soap & shampoo....even no small sample size. Need extra towels. I wished there was a small breakfast area to sit & donuts & better coffee.
