Full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, stovetop. The rooms are not fancy but very clean and the price was great based on the full kitchen, plates, coffee, desk and dining room table. Major kudos to Carlos at the Tucson/Grant Road location. I live in Phoenix, but had to stay for several weeks (minus weekends)…in Tucson to help care for a family member’s elder care. He was excellent! This is how guests should be treated. Thank you.

During one of my stays…unexpected elevator maintenance. Was stuck on the 3rd floor for hours and late for an appointment as the items I had were too heavy to carry down the stairs 1 by 1

The staff was courteous kind and professional. I love that they had an elevator cuz I don't climb stairs very well oh, they had a laundromat on site so if we needed to do clothes we had an availability to do clothes I loved the small kitchen that was in our room it was like a studio apartment basically you had a full-size bathroom you had a full size bed or recliner a desk that you had a small kitchen with a two section stove a full refrigerator and a sink a cabinet they offered dishes and pots and pans if needed I definitely will be staying there again if I need to stay in Tucson Arizona

At first the room smelled a little bit of like an old odor, but what are you gonna do, Crack a window, light a candle and move on. Would have loved a pool!!

Great location. Easy access to everything

Fire alarm went off in my room due to the way the system is set up. If it goes off in one room it goes off in all the rooms. Was quickly taken care of by staff but woke me up after a very long drive and some much-needed sleep.

The clerk at the front desk was extremely helpful. There was difficulty getting WiFi, and the coffee maker didn't work.

The first night we were there, sommeone was knocking at our door, three times, after midnight. We were concerned about our safety. We received a text saying our room was ready for check in, but when we arrived, we were told the room wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours.

The friendliness of the front desk she walked up to the room just to show me if my son's wheelchair will fit through the door that was awesome

The only thing that I didn't like is that I scanned my phone through The room and indicated that there is a camera under the microwave on the range so I covered it up cuz I felt so unsecure it's an app that you can put on your phone

Large room, comfy bed, great staff, great lighting in parking lot at night, felt safe.

I couldn’t change direction of air conditioning vent and got super chilled. We ended up moving a chair blocking the vent towards the bed.

I asked for house keeping and when they came they didn't do a very good job. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and nothing was done. No clean sheets wasn put on our bed and they didn't even vacuum the room.

Clean. Spacious, comfortable room. Smelled good. Tub. Full kitchen w/full refrigerator. Ground floor room w/parking near room. Large TV. Quiet nights.

Carpet was old, ugly, and badly stained.

The room itself was worth every penny. Very clean and nice. Basic large studio apartment.... just jazzed up a little.

The room, gets a solid 9, 9.5. The bathroom gets an 8 - the tub is thin. The bed gets a 7.5 - it's very comfortable to lay on.., Not lay in. If you get what I'm saying. Nothing really bad to say...
