Did not have breakfast. Use the hotel Starbucks for morning coffee. Wasn't really sure if breakfast was available the restaurant appeared to be closed. If there was another area where breakfast was served it was not apparent.

The only complaint, the room was used to accompany two people and there could have been more towels available at least enough for two individuals. A directory of hotel amenities either book format or a dedicated TV channel also describing features located on or near hotel. This may have been available, but it was not obvious. Small discomforts but not major enough to discourage another stay in the future.

This is an older hotel so my expectations were not high. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find my room to be secure, clean and very updated. When I commented on this at checkout I was told they are working at updating the entire space eventually. The locks on the slider and the door were very good, though the slider had been jerked, possibly by an occupant when it was securely locked, so that had damaged the hold it had on the wall. The lighting was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the whole room was very updated and attractive. I also liked the inclusion of a safe. It did not have a microwave, but I didn't consider that an issue. More importantly, a coffee maker and coffee packets were provided, as was a refrigerator. As the modernization continues I have a small suggestion...be sure to check those items not being replaced to be sure they are still securely attached. The fan in the very nice bathroom was hanging down from the ceiling, though I was able to gently push it back into place. The location is excellent, next door to the Tucson Medical Center. Security and cleanliness are my most important considerations. I felt the doors and the locks were excellent, the carpeting seemed very clean and attractive, and the space was contemporary and comfortable. Exterior lighting was great and the quality draperies were able to limit that lighting to the outside.

I really cannot think of anything I didn't like.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, which made it very pleasant while my friend recovered from surgery. The excellent food at the Glowbal Cafe was a nice surprise and the breakfast buffet was well worth the cost.

The carpets in the halls need to be replaced.

We had five people in the suite. Two were kids 3 and 1. We had two towels and two wash clothes. Nobody came and replaced our towels with clean ones. Also we had to use the same glasses because Nobody bought clean ones. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I stay there frequently as I have a family member in the hospital.

Room at a reasonable rate and located close by. TV had problems and bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.

Bed and a bit noisy. Elevators were slow and stairs hard to find.

Ideally located in the foothills. Comfortable hotel near lots of restaurants. Free breakfast each morning was great.

Being located on Grant Road, rooms facing the street were a bit noisy.

There’s a surprisingly good restaurant on the hotel grounds. They serve a lovely buffet breakfast for $15. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive.

They could have had a better selection of snacks and meals at the twenty-four hour cafe in the lobby.

The place was central and it has a good view. It looked like it had decent amenities. It was clean. It was decently priced compared to other places.

We had to pay for wy-fy, it was not clear if the breakfast was free or not so we did not get any. They did not clean the room once in a 5 night stay. You could not have your own beverages by the pool.

Pool was awesome! Room was so comfortable and spacious everyone was so nice that worked there. The friendliest staff I have encountered. Food from restaurant, Glowbar was good and beds were so comfortable.

Staff are phenomenal. Brought microwave to room immediately and set up. Breakfast very delicious! Staff took order for what available on buffet then brought out on china with real flatware. Ate at table in pool courtyard. Relaxing. Server told us hotel only recently reopened from covid closure. Obvious staff is dedicated but still playing catch-up on the small details from 10 month closure. Doing great job with grace. Stay here, wonderful value, staff!

Tough to find at first. On boulevard so could only approach 1 direction and was tucked behind IHOP and Sushi restaurant. Phone didn't work so had go to desk to let know ready for microwave to be delivered to room. Housekeeping manager needs to critique rooms, as phone jack box out of wall, frayed sheets, metal box spring support sticking out to trip up leg in space between beds. Coffee pot could only be plugged in in bathroom due to short cord. We really liked this hotel; just is that my travel buddy is manager of boutique hotel in Alaska so off details stand out.
