We had a really enjoyable experience at the place! The ambiance and decor are very nice. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo and soap for our stay, a thoughtful touch indeed. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight during our stay, they offer good drinks and food. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a great spot right at the hotel. The pool was nice and it was great that the bar could serve drinks and food by the pool, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

While the pool was enjoyable, it fell slightly short of my expectations based on the photos. Its size made it feel a bit crowded, and securing a spot for our belongings was a challenge due to the limited available chairs. Additionally, the cleanliness, especially of the crystal wall, left room for improvement. This wall offers a stunning city view but unfortunately was overshadowed by its less-than-pristine condition.

beautiful design throughout! sparkling clean rooms , comfortable bedding nice view of mountains from 11th floor. great coffee in lobby, mostly all friendly staff good fitness room , nice pool. good location .

if i was going to be super picky: pool area needs to be cleaned up more frequently. it was very busy and trash and towels piled up sometimes. the pool chair lounges are hard woven thick bamboo and super uncomfortable. I hate that when you try to tip the valet with their online phone method it adds a 1.50 service charge every time. bring cash! air con was on and off all night and kind of loud. no movie channel options on the tv.

Loved the room decor, my view, and the rooftop pool. The bed was very comfortable. The staff super friendly and welcoming.

Twice during my stay, the elevators weren't working. One of those times was when my parent's visited me in the rooftop restaurant. We were stuck up there until after midnight. There was no way they would make it down all of those flights of stairs. The other time I had returned between engagements to make a quick change. I was late to my second event.

shower door is awkward. can hear people in hallways. front staff pretty unhelpful with parking and charging an e-vehicle (talk to valet, it's up to valet). valet is a 20-something. need a mature hotel-trained staff overseeing lobby services, not college aged kids, especially when there is a Sheraton for less next door. lacks maturity and sophistication of a boutique hotel yet boutique prices. it's easier to stay at Marana Ritz Carlton for the service and slight up charge

I didn’t like the smell of the lobby! there was some sort of air freshener in use that smelled too strong. I also wished there were more breakfast food options because we were unable to find any other place in the immediate area open for breakfast. The lobby cafe had only two choices of breakfast sandwich during our stay and no other food choices. finally, the bathroom door of our room was out of alignment and could not be closed. not a problem for my daughter and I but also not ideal.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the campus of UA. The room was large and fully equipped . The hotel has a sports room that is very well equipped and very easy to access and give good condition to stay in shape during your stay ;-). The bed were large and the mattresses of very good quality. Bathroom was ok. The room was very clean as well as the common parts. The cleaning staff was great and very helpfull.

The Air conditioner was however to noisy especially at night. The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough for my taste. The location is great but if you want to benefit from downtown restaurant and facilities you need a car. Parking is not included and quite expensive if you compare to available parkings close to the hotel. The desk staff was ok but nothing exceptional.

This hotel is clean, friendly and conveniently located. We had a room with 2 queen beds that was very spacious. The decor was very tasteful and overall the hotel has a nice vibe. We chose it due it's proximity to the UofA campus. Good dining options just steps from the hotel. The valet parking convenient and easy to use.

The valet parking was a bit steep in price. It cost $28 dollars a day for valet parking, which is almost double what we paid for a similar hotel in the Tempe area next to ASU.

Excellent view and drinks on rooftop bar! The valets and front desk staff were just wonderful as they were professional, kind and just a pleasure!

if anything, the parking process only due to no space to really wait for valets with students and traffic etc but the valets actually made it better with their kind and attentive ways amongst the craziness of their situation. Seriously those valets (3 I worked with) are an asset to the hotel and they are busier than busy!!!

The entire staff was beyond friendly and helpful, from dinner recommendations to fixing a minor issue with the room with an upgrade. The shower was amazing. Perfect pressure.

I was disappointed that there was no real breakfast offered just a expensive breakfast sandwich but there were plenty of places to go within walking distance. Parking is tricky if you don't use the valet but it was doable. Beds were very hard and actually hurt my hips

We didn't eat breakfast there, choices were a burrito or your version of an Egg McMuffin, we went to iHop. The property is beautiful, we very much enjoyed Moonstone.

There was no packet in our room regarding various amenities/menus/hours of operation etc. When I went to the front desk and asked the male working there (about 3;30 pm Aug 10) he tried to be helpful but the female working at that time was very short and rude and kept insisting she told me all that information when I checked in (verbal only and with a mask on) and also advised I could scan the Qcode (I'm in my 70's, what the hell is a Qcode) I found her rudeness to be very out of line and it is obvious she has no idea what customer service means.
