Liked the overall appearance of the hotel and its grounds. Like very much the configuration of the room and the friendly staff, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and convenient. The hotel rate was excellent and was in a good location for restaurants

The breakfast buffet was really good except for the hash browns. They were very dry. The furniture was old and not appealing, our dresser had drawers that were hard to pull out and use, but the beds were comfortable. We were hoping that the grille/cafe would have been opened for service to include the bar service.

Room was spacious, actually larger then are apartment. Room allowed for rest, peace, and comfort. The pool looked fun but no energy to partake.

The place is in need of renovations and some TLC. Understand from staff that updates started before the pandemic . . . nice location. Breakfast looked good but didn't meet my diet regiment. Despite these issues, the place was well run and maintained. Will stay here again but wish there were places to make my own food.

The design of the building was great and the decorations for Christmas was exceptional. We enjoyed our time of staying and able to see our family this weekend.

We were not happy with the room cleanliness we found a dirty diaper under the sham of the bed, crumbs on the floor close to the bed, their was no trash bag in the bathroom trash can, floor was dirty and sticky in the family sitting room. Coffee pot was dirty with water sitting in it. The joining door to the room next door was very thin. The family next door was very loud and it was already 11 pm.

The property was clean and well kept for an older hotel. The staff allowed us to check in early and they even gave us a room upgrade at no extra cost. I loved the breakfast. Besides offering a traditional hot breakfast, you can make your own breakfast burrito with the scrambled eggs, potatoes, and refried beans including salsa. The hotel is also next door to a fabulous Mexican food restaurant, Guadalajara’s.

The carpeting is stained in many places. If that was replaced with stain resistant flooring, the room would look new.

We originally booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 4. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean & had everything we needed.

Security needs to have more control on the homeless coming in & out of the building. The homeless surrounding the entrance to our door made us feel a little unsafe at times. Security should keep watch of the back doors they snuck in & were eating breakfast. Security should be able to get them to leave. There should be an ice machine on the 1st floor somewhere near the entrance so staff can watch it.

Our stay was super comfortable, and all areas of the hotel were clean. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to accommodate us in any way. The breakfast was better than most places we've stayed, and the hostesses were amazing. Great place to stay and I would recommend your establishment.

The only problem we had was the WiFi in the room. We could not log on with any of our three laptops.

Close to faculty working at. Many places to eat and shop

Had to change room x3 toilet tank leak and Tv not workother room across from vending machine and ice machine and too much traffic due to stair well. Changed room again, desk not work, chair broken.

All in the hotel was good, but I loved the elevator, because my room was in the second floor and it was very useful.

I liked the breakfast, but I think that it could be better or more varied.

The hotel was very clean, pet friendly(with a fake grass area for dogs to relieve themselves). The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast with a nice variety. Great location to visit Saguaro National Park! The rooms are very spacious!

The bathtub was slow to drain, but not a huge deal.

I liked most everything about this Ramada. The breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly.

The glass elevators were both working, but the exterior buttons on one did not work properly. Although I loved the pool area, the plants in that area needed replaced and the waterfall either didn't work or was turned off.
