The breakfast was filling. A little disappointed that the same thing was served the next day since we stayed for 2 nights.

One of the kitchen staff members was pretty openly rude. She made it a point to call out some diners for breakfast on how well they were dressed and it was appropriate for breakfast time to be dressed to the nines. She said it loud enough for everyone to hear, made the food that she stated she cooked not taste as good. Also had a staring problem, made me and my family very uncomfortable to even grab anything. Didn’t catch her name but I know she had gray hair tied in a ponytail, short slender build. The rest of the dining area staff were great. Nighttime bartender was wonderful.

The rooms are very nice, but really a lot of space good bank for the dollar

The carpet in the hallway are very stained. It looks like they had a lot of plumbing problems over the years. Carpets are all staying no matter what floor you’re on. It’s time for a new carpet. A couple days you can smell sewer in the hallways like the Head plumbing problems again when I say they’re in January, I had to change rooms because of plumbing problems.

Big room with a living room

The room AC thermostat doesn't control anything. The hotel has a fixed temperature setting and can't be controlled by the occupants. Just the fan speed is either ON or OFF or set to slow medium or fast. We had to call the front desk so a technician could increase the room temperature. Our room was too cold the first night, and the second night, we had to turn the fan off because it was too warm. The room could've used more cleaning. Other than that, it was fair. Continental breakfast was decent, too. Staff were friendly.

Great hotel, and pleasantly surprised as each room was a suite with sitting area and extra TV. Fantastic inclusive breakfast.

The only negative I would say is the wooden floors were dirty as I found out walking around barefoot. Also the Air Con in the room was weak at best, despite maintenance looking at it.

Liked the overall appearance of the hotel and its grounds. Like very much the configuration of the room and the friendly staff, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and convenient. The hotel rate was excellent and was in a good location for restaurants

The breakfast buffet was really good except for the hash browns. They were very dry. The furniture was old and not appealing, our dresser had drawers that were hard to pull out and use, but the beds were comfortable. We were hoping that the grille/cafe would have been opened for service to include the bar service.

This was a great value for staying 4 nights. Room was very big for one person. It would probably work for up to 4 people. Overall a nice place to stay. Maybe a little run down but not bad. Some of the washers didn't work. This place has a very good breakfast,tho. Would stay here again.

Lighting could've been better. Some of the lamps didn't work and there weren't many overhead lights.

Room was spacious, actually larger then are apartment. Room allowed for rest, peace, and comfort. The pool looked fun but no energy to partake.

The place is in need of renovations and some TLC. Understand from staff that updates started before the pandemic . . . nice location. Breakfast looked good but didn't meet my diet regiment. Despite these issues, the place was well run and maintained. Will stay here again but wish there were places to make my own food.

Some of the housekeepers are nice and some are rude but you guys need to get new housekeepers nice ones and you guys need to have check out around 12:00 or 1:00 p.m.

Your housekeeper needs to be nice to people who stay in there not being rude there's some could be nice and some b****** but you guys need to have a check out at 12:00 or 12:30 not 11:00

The design of the building was great and the decorations for Christmas was exceptional. We enjoyed our time of staying and able to see our family this weekend.

We were not happy with the room cleanliness we found a dirty diaper under the sham of the bed, crumbs on the floor close to the bed, their was no trash bag in the bathroom trash can, floor was dirty and sticky in the family sitting room. Coffee pot was dirty with water sitting in it. The joining door to the room next door was very thin. The family next door was very loud and it was already 11 pm.

The bed was comfortable and the extra room to watch TV was very nice.

When we checked in, I asked for an extra blanket. After about 2 hours, I inquired about it to be told housekeeping would bring one up. Then I waited another could of hours and realized it wasn't coming and had to take the comforter off my bed.
