The host, Pat, had made some scones which I enjoyed for breakfast. They were wonderful! She even gave me some to take to the airport when I left since I had to leave early. The garden is home to some great birds: hummingbirds, a visit by a hawk, goldfinches, verdins....a real treat. Pat is a wonderful host and made me feel very welcome. Also, I usually have trouble sleeping in a strange bed, but not here. Very comfortable!

Everything was great. I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Pat is a French chef who knows her way around the kitchen. Our mornings were spent outside in Pat’s beautiful garden with some of the best breakfast’s I have ever had. Thank you Pat for making our stay in Tuscon memorable. We had the king bedroom. It has a sitting area and a perfectly sized bathroom with a private entrance. Downtown Tucson is 6 miles away which was not a problem since we had a rented car. We enjoyed our stay at Pats B&B very much.

Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped, and we had a separate outside door to our room. We had full access to a beautiful backyard with a pool and pleasant seating at various places. The breakfast was extraordinary, reflecting both the tastes and skills of Pat, the host, who once owned a french restaurant.

There was simply nothing that was not perfect.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood the property was well-located for my trip. The owner, who ran a French restaurant in Tucson for several years, cooked a delicious breakfast each day. It was nice to have a suite, which had a private entrance, and a comfortable bedroom and sitting area.

Comfort, size, decor, cleanliness, quietness of the room. Pat , our hostess, was delightful to speak with, knowledgeable about local attractions to visit; the gourmet breakfasts were the best we’ve ever been served. We’ll definitely stay here again!

What’s not to like?

Very friendly and accommodating. Nice suit with private entrance. It’s clean, very nice decor like a French cottage, very comfortable. Bathroom is clean and good shower with lot of space. amenities, coffee maker… the bed is little too soft for us. Gourmet breakfast by the owner and chef Pat. She also is the Food Science professor, sharing her knowledge with us. what a great experiences. thank you very much!

Breakfast was excellent, gourmet quality. We enjoyed the beauty of the landscaping, the large living space and the decorating.

Mattress was a little lumpy. Saw a few bugs in the bathroom, but not unexpected for the desert.

Pat, the owner was awesome. She's a great cook and we enjoyed chatting with her every day. The property was super cute and what we were looking for during our stay. Definitely better than staying at a hotel 😃

The breakfasts here are amazing. We put Pat to the test since we stayed there for 10 days--never a repeat on the menu! Between the stuffed French Toast and the assorted crepes and all the other goodies, we were always set for a day of exploring Tucson! Loved the outdoor garden setting to enjoy our meal in: flowers, birds, a fountain (and cool temps in the morning). Pat is a great innkeeper, she gave up many good tips on places to visit for sighseeing and dining. The pool was refreshing. Our room was spacious and comfy!

When we woke up this morning in our own bed and we could not walk out into a lovely garden and be served an amazing breakfast! Otherwise no complaints!

Hostess was very friendly and showed us around. We immediately felt comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! We couldn't join breakfast the first morning but were given fresh fruit, fresh baked muffins and juice to start our day.
