Loved the whole resort and the friendly staff!

Only things that we wish was different- we requested early check on at 2pm and room wasn’t ready until about 4:30ish (we appreciated the waiving of the resort fee that day), TV audio was glitchy, and we wished we had been informed about restaurant closures so we could plan out dinner reservations). Only other thing - guests spent time using the pool straining net and plastic cups) to clean to lazy river on Tuesday because it had not been done that morning- lots of bugs and debris).

The Coyote Golf Course was a lot of fun to play and they even rent clubs Be sure to book your tee off time before you go. You can do it up to 60 days in advance! I also liked the pool and the lazy river

Two times members of a business conference took tables and seats away from people staying at the hotel and one of these times half of the dining area was roped off in the Salud restaurant and bar The kitchen was in consistent with breakfast-sometimes good but other timed did not prepare food as ordered Expected food at The Grill to be better for a 5 star hotel. This was the opinion of us and our guests

A really nice hotel with plenty of amenities. Beautifully decorated hotel with large and very pleasant common areas. The room was also clean and comfortable. Staff was also very helpful and accommodative. We also had a great dinner at one of the restaurants as well as a very rich breakfast.

Our room was overlooking the pool area and the noise level at night was quite uncomfortable, even with the windows closed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort had quite a few activities that guests could attend such as morning yoga, live music at night, and even a Sunday morning Native American blessing ceremony.

Being the owner of a renovations business, I have a knack for spotting structural eye sores. That being said, for the amount of money I spent per night, the property was in need of repairs. The bottoms of a lot of guest room doors were swelling, indicative of water damage. The doors and walls had paint damage at the same height meaning carts were being pushed around haphazardly.

The setting of the property is breathtaking overlooking the nearby mountains and the city in the distance. The facilities are top-notch and the staff is very helpful and customer friendly.

I would like to see a bus from the airport to be available to the customers.

The area is very natural

A parcel was sent to me and was not given to me even after the post office confirming to have delivered. The parcel was lost and not provided to me. I didn't expect that from a hotel of that level. I have travelled back to my country without my parcel

The facilities were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not think that there was very good Covid-19 measures due to the amount of people on the patio for their sunset toasts. They didn't have poolside service and we had to get all of our drinks from the bar,

Bathroom door was broken in our room and needed to be replaced. Cost of cabana and drinks at the property were pricey for value. I would have stayed longer if the food was better priced. The Resort is not close to anything.

The hotel is a great place to relax and enjoy my time. The spa was awesome, food was great and the overall cost was well worth it. We will definitely return.

The shower was small. Due to wind the umbrellas at the pool had to be lowered and the sun was too intense to endure.

Lazy river, cleanliness and slide

Great resort but I feel if you're paying $350 a night there should be free breakfast. The beds felt comfy at 1st but then hurt my back the next day. The food and drinks are kind of pricey even for the Virgin drinks for kids

June 2021

The room was wonderful, the pools were awesome and our breakfast the last day was fantastic. I even enjoyed the fire at night.

I only had one complaint. When standing outside to get my daughter a drink, there was only one line for alcohol and food and there was only one person working behind the bar/watering area most of the time. Therefore, you had to wait at least a half an hour to 40 minutes to just get a glass of water for a 10 year old. They should’ve had two lines one for alcohol because a lot of people mixed drinks and one for non-alcoholic beverages/food.
