The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. A variety of different foods to choose from. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and nice and cool which was great especially since it was so hot outside. AC was cold except for the last room I stayed in.

The bathrooms were pretty dirty in each of the rooms. I didn't like the rooms in the back of the hotel. Alot of shady wanderers back there. I know staff has no control over that,but common sense would tell you not to put a single female on the bottom floor in the back knowing what and who are back there

I was told that there was no deposit when I paid 50.00 dollars for my hotel room. Not to mention the employee had alcohol on her breath and couldn't locate my reservation. She said that there was no deposit but when I checked in not only was there a deposit but there was a fee for checking in early.

That they are liars and stole my deposit for no reason. Also that the employeee was not friendly or that she had alcohol on her breath.

Location was great, very close to the University of Arizona and Freeway access was also a plus. Good value for rental price and it was next to a restaurant and close to a gas station, so very convenient for travelers.

We found a dead bug in our room in plain view under a table. The bedding was worn with holes in cover blankets, the bathroom door stuck and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. None of these items were intolerable but were notable. I feel it was reasonable for the amount of the rental and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would book again.

great place espcailly for the money . they could have a better breakfats but the fact they even have breakfast is great. i had the maintance come to my door to fix my tv within 20 mins of calling, and the owner even came to my door to let me know i should roll my windows up.

the property needs a lot of upgrades. the room was okay. our sheets where stained with blood that what it looked like. the out side of the property needs a lot of cleaning and paint. it was a lil ghetto.

the area it is located is pretty dirty. the doors all smudged and dirty. the stair ways were dirty and rails all sticky. the paint needs an upgrade. it was just really dirty. on the picture it looked clean and new. in person was very disappointing.

It’s comfortable and a great value.

The doors to the rooms face outdoors, the door was not properly sealed and there was a half inch of light shining through. I was worried critters were going to crawl into my room though I did not see anything like that.

It was a nice stay, we just needed a place to rest to continue our trip and we enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was quite simple just muffin, granola bar, fruit cup with juice but it was really good. We had a comfortable stay.

We could tell the room was really clean because when we entered we smelled a lot of clorox. Probably use less clorox or a different type of cleaner.

Convenient parking just outside the room. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Good location.. Coffee available at the dining room.

Packed snacks for breakfast, consisting of a muffin, small bowl of cut fruits and a granola bar. Atleast a sandwich would have been better. The card used for opening the room required several tries before opening.

it was delicious. everything was great. i hope to stay there again soon. ill tell everyone i know that they should go stay here becaue everything and everyone are just fantastic thanks so muchfor accomodating me

im not sure maybe bigger tv better room service or colder air conditioner. overall it was satisfactory. but there can always be improvements. i just wish they had a better variety of breakfast. and a bigger tv

Too close to freeway, too much noise from cars. Also, someone tried to open my door while I was sleeping. Luckily I had the bolt on. They just walked away without an apology.
