I liked everything for the most part. The staff and customer service is top notch. The vibe is nice, homey, and friendly. The rooms are very nice. It's close to everything downtown. They even give you a welcome cookie! It's the little things!!

I do wish the rooms had some of these additional items and/or features. None of these are necessary, but they would be nice. A weight scale in the bathroom. A fan in the bathroom. A microwave in the room.(most important) I wish the light switches were not lights themselves. It's like they are nightlights. It was hard to sleep with so much light blasting through the night. So I didn't care for that. There is actually one thing I didn't like at all and that was that you have to pay for parking.

Location can’t be beat if you are going to the Tucson Convention Centre as the two buildings are connected. Very friendly staff, always helpful made my stay especially pleasant. The hotel is new, about a year old so in very good condition. If being downtown is the location you need I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel. I will happily stay there again next year.

This is a well run hotel. It’s pricier than it should be during the busy show at the convention centre I was attending but to be expected as the hotel was at 100% capacity. Other times of the year it’s about half the price.

Visiting U of A with my son and this location was perfect! Staff went above and beyond and were all so friendly and helpful. Also, the food at the restaurant was amazing! We had dinner and breakfast one day/night...so good!

Our room was a floor above the pool and there was a family with three kids who were playing and screaming at 7:30AM on Saturday morning! Another family at breakfast mentioned they were woken up by these loud kids also. WAY TOO EARLY to be allowed to use the pool!! Ridiculous they were allowed to do this

I loved that we got a hotel attached to the convention center. Location is great!

Breakfast Buffet wasn't worth the price. Could be better. Pay to self park is just dumb. I personally disagree with it. I hated the fact that we selected this to be at a convention and we could not use the door that connects the hotel to the convention center. It was even staffed with security who could validate our badges. We had to walk the near quarter mile around the block in the Arizona heat to get to the front door. There should be some sort of agreement between the hotel and the convention to allow for ease of access. It's literally staffed for it. I posted on the convention center about this as well, so hopefully there is communication somewhere.

I came into town for Tucson Comic Con, September 2022. Had a Deluxe King Room. The room was amazing, and very large. The front desk staff were all very nice and accommidating. The restaurant hostesses, Maria and Carla, were exceptional! Even though it was very busy with the Comic Con attendees, they still took the time to make sure everyone had everything they needed. They even took a departing picture with me in my Mandalorian Armor for Comic Con! I would totally recommend this hotel!

Excellent staff from the moments we pulled up. The valets were exceptional and then we were greeted as we entered. Our room was ready and the cleaning staff didn’t exceptional job as well. The treatment we received was the way it used to be at many hotels. Our hats off to management for setting the example. The employees appear to genuinely like their jobs and sincerely want guests to enjoy their stay. Thank you!

Everything, the room was fabulous, the front of house staff and the valets, especially Joseph and Micheal, were wonderful. They always greeted us and showed interest in how our day went.

The restaurant, some staff seemed to take exception to our requests. Made feel like it was not OK to ask for smaller meals for breakfast for instance.

I loved the day time staff as well as the servers for breakfast. They made the stay exceptional

The night check in agent male was not friendly or welcoming at all. After booking another Double Tree previously and looking for somewhere I could lay comfortably with my son, I was hoping for a warmful welcoming. It seemed like whatever he had going on in his AirPods was being interrupted by us checking in and that’s not I would assume his position embodied ((being I have done hotel management for many years))

Cleanness, location, very friendly and helpful staff - everyone I talked with was extremely friendly and reached when they saw I was in bed of help

Everything was wonderful- only problem for me was the cost of $20 a day to park - I know there was garage free parking but my mobility issues made the $20 parking more used friendly for me

Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. We got immediate and positive responses to all our requests. Big room and nice view from our balcony. We had a delicious breakfast at Café Coronet just opposite the hotel. Appreciated the opportunity to check out late.

Unfortunately fridge and AC were quite noisy, matresses seemed a bit worn and sunk in.
