The rooftop pool overlooking the cathedral was great. Our bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The location was close walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The parking was covered which was great because it was 110 degrees. I would stay here again. It was a good value for the money.

Overall, I liked the hotel and would stay here again. My only negative was the water pressure in the shower could've been better. Also, the breakfast was very average but it was free so that was a plus. Note the additional charge for parking in the fine print.

The breakfast was wonderful and with lots of choices. The whole property was very clean and the staff super friendly. We travel with our 2 little dogs a lot, and it is often hard to find a good place to stay that allows pets. We were in town for the annual Meet Me Downtown Night Run and the hotel's location was very convenient. Just a short 4-5 minute walk away from the race start/finish line. We were also able to walk to several great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the pool area looked very relaxing and clean. We hope to travel to Tucson again soon and look forward to staying here again.

We did have a little trouble getting our room key to work at the garage entrance and exit, but it wasn't a big deal. We just ended up pushing the help button, and someone remotely opened the gates for us so we could enter and exit. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

We were so happy with our stay here. The staff were all so friendly. The property and our room was clean and well maintained. We appreciated being able to go down in the morning to get breakfast. We really enjoyed relaxing around the pool. Best of all was the location. We couldn't have picked a better location. There were so many restaurants in the area we could walk to. And if you like the theater, the Arizona Theater was just a three minute walk from the hotel. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again if we were to visit Tucson again.

Great location, all brand new hotel, big room for 5, nice breakfast, easy & safe parking, nice pool area, friendly staff

no big deal, but you can hear footsteps and noise from room above and I think it is because of poor insulation between floors. The room below even complained, although we were only walking normally and were really not noisy at all. Again, this was not a big deal, but considering that this is brand new building, they could have build a better insulated building..,

Rooms are larger than hotel normal and can be divided on half with a curtain on a track, sofa bed on one side, King bed on the other. Efficient use of space. One wall had kitchen with medium-sized fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, counter with oval pull-out table underneath and desk chair, TV cabinet with three drawers,another counter with cabinet, and wardrobe with curtain closure. The other side has nice bath with stall shower and tile floor, sleeper sofa and large round foot stool, and King bed. One floor and three table lamps, so good lighting. The breakfast area is very welcoming, more like a lounge with a very high ceiling, and lots of choices, with an employee present to clean and restock. Our Booking reservation said breakfast was not included, but it was. It also said parking was $20/day, but it was $16. Easy walk to dinner restaurants.

The AC unit didn’t do very well in keeping a constant comfortable temperature; it got stuffy and then too cold when the AC was turned on to recirculate the room air.

Very clean, huge room for the price, full size fridge and microwave. The walk in shower was very nice. The TV was on a swivel wlso you could watch from the couch or the bed. The window had 2 remote controlled blinds, one regular and the other blackout so the sun didn't wake us. The hotel is withing walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and activities downtown.

The parking garage was a little hard to turn into, we have a f150 and trying to make the turn into the 7'5" (the higher clearance garage around back of the building) it was very difficult, especially since there are cars parked along the street and the street you turn in from is a one way narrow street to begin with. The only other complaint is the elevators, there's only 2 of them and every time we went up or down it was a 5 minute wait minimum, most of the time it would stop at our floor but the elevator was already too crowded, so we'd have to wait longer. There was also one time we got on to go up to our floor (4) and I swiped my key card and pressed the 4 button and the elevator went to 2,3 then 5 and 6, then back down to 4 to let us out finally.

This is our second stay in the Tucson area. The staff of delightful and helpful. They remembered us from our first stay and we’re wonderful when Booking.com screwed up our reservation when we had 3 flight cancellations which resulted in us getting in a day later than expected.

The lack of communication, understanding and cooperation between Booking.com and the hotel. All Booking.coms fault.

The room was really big and the hotel's in a great location! Breakfast was delicious in the morning as well!

If you have a lot of luggage it's quite difficult to get it from the big parking garage through a few different doors and elevators- but that's to be expected in a city hotel (where there's a parking garage instead of ground level parking outside the front doors.

Newer property, feels as such. Friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. The pool area is also very nice. The gym is clean and has a Peloton.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice. We left before the breakfast was put out but there was coffee and that was enough given the early departure. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
