There was no free breakfast at the location, but it was within walking distance to the Waffle House, which is one Arizona's finest and most affordable American-style breakfast restaurants. I really enjoyed the breakfast, but it was overpriced for what it was.
This Super 8 was located too far from the University of Arizona or the Tucson convention center if the truth be known. It was an old two-story complex without an elevator in a was dark and foreboding area, on the edge of the Arizona desert. There was traffic noise all night, and was too expensive for a Super 8 Motel, which tend to be quite affordable in other regions of the country.

Air conditioner worked great and was not noisy like most
BreakfasT was kinda lame. I have been at other super 8 motels with a much better breakfast. Fridge defrosted and left water all over the floor. Wall above window and air conditioner was rotten and flaking off, Tub wall as well. Bedspreads had cigeratte holes in them. Non smoking room. seriolsuy needs to update the overall rooms and building not just supply with updated Wydyam shampoos and soaps

Floors were dirty and needed a thorough mopping. Feet turned black if you walked barefoot from bed to bathroom. Pretty unpleasant!

Bed was so comfortable and sheets were nice and clean. Nice big windows with an okay view. Easy check in. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Good TV with a ton of channels. Quiet, no bugs or annoying guests. No vending machines, but snacks in the lobby. Just off 1-10 so easy to get anywhere. Pretty close to downtown. Would stay again.
Desperately needs a remodel. Bed and bathroom were clean but the place was just deep down grubby. Pool area I'm sure closed still for covid but it looked awful.

I asked for military discount and was denied. They should do military discount. it would be better for us vets.
