The girl that checked us in was new, but very good! there were people giving her a bit of a bad time, and she handled it exceptionally well. Very nice girl.

Breakfast was gone and not restocked at only 8:30

Loved it all. Loved the room, it was quiet!! Soundproof! I couldn't hear the shower when my friend was showering. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and well stocked. Evening front office staff on Friday and Saturday night were extremely friendly and helpful, absolutely loved Jemica and her co-worker!!

There was not one thing I disliked. But I will mention, the city should do something about the garbage dumped out behind the hotel on the walking path. I realize the homeless situation is awful through out the US, but the mess once encounters on the path is terrible! I realize this has nothing to do with the hotel, but it would help the location.

the breakfast tasted good, although it was really crowded when we ate at 8 am. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were excellent. the little dog run area was a great place to accommodate our dog. The air conditioning was a perfect, cool temperature considering the outside was pretty hot.

Tucson's freeway system sucked. The entire 10 freeway was stopped cold and added an extra half hour of our drive time. It's not the hotel's fault though. Most everything they did was spot on for making the stay there pleasant and comfortable.

The person in charge of the front desk she was wonderful. I am going through health issues. I'm having heart surgery, and I have cancer on top of that. She made my stay so welcomely, like I was her family. I feel better in the morning, and your breakfast was wonderful. She even helped me out with my mistake when I was trying to get in the wrong room. She checked my key and told me that I was in 317 not 217..lol That made me laugh, which is a good thing now a days. I have a dog and she was gracious with me with her. I'd love to stay here again but I can't afford the cost for my deductible and 2 night stay it's a wonderful place/ person.

Well, my husband went down to breakfast at 8:25 and was told there was no more hot breakfast. So he just got cereal and came back to the room.

Room is clean, comfortable, and pretty standard for this level hotel. No surprises, and the staff is great. Well maintained, or maybe fairly new.

My only knock on this hotel is the breakfast. It has enough choices, and it is kept stocked. The content is pretty standard for similar hotels but somehow...it just wasn't as fresh or as well done. Juice was flavorless, for example. Omelette was rubbery, waffle syrup was bland. I wasn't expecting a lot, but it still fell short.

Check in was smooth ... Skyler was very professional I paid 60 cents less than online at check in and was worried about being charged twice... BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING shout out to the kitchen staff and please keep doing what you are doing... compensation is in order for that team for sure. Upon check out the Young lady with the fabulous scarf assured me we would be refunded for being charged the previous night at the counter...this crew is on the ball and even Skyler offered us a bottle of champagne cheers to all your team can't wait to be back room #328 The Graves.

Could not use the pool or hot tub and the lighting around the BBQ area was inoperable.

Pretty decent....same every day. Maybe add some potatoes? This site has been refreshed and it was so nice and clean. The front staff ladies were really friendly and helpful especially Holly. She's a keeper. But really all.

I think enough time has passed that the hotel resume at least SOME sundries.Nothing but a 2 inch bar of soap. Also it would be great to have some note paper and a pen.

I arrived late night, was greeted by a friendly staff, check in was super fast and easy and I did not have to wait for anything at all. Room was super quiet, despite proximity to the freeway. I was happy to see that not only it is a pet friendly hotel, there is also a small area designated for the dogs right outside. We liked the breakfast too - everything necessary to start a day and no lines in the room. Check out was also easy and quick. I would expect prices to be a little lower, however based on the market and the nearby hotels it is priced really well. you definitely get a good value for the money you are paying. I travel a lot and was happy to "discover" this place for my next trip in this direction.

Location was great, the second room we were in was very nice. Updated, comfortable and stylish. Housekeeping came every day if wanted. Warm fresh cookies in the lobby were yummy.

The first night the room was dated(hotel in middle of renovating) and bed wasn’t comfortable. Room located next to an outside door and people were coming/going throughout the night. Asked to move next day and was immediately and very politely granted request. Breakfast was til 9am-would’ve been nice if it was til 10.

The staff: friendly; accommodating; temperature of room was adjustable. Staff helped darken curtains so room was blackout. Liked the bathroom. I liked that I unexpectedly had to cut my trip short and the manager was understanding, reasonable, and kind, and provided a refund for the unused portion of the trip. .

No tv. If it worked, only had 1 channel that could not be changed. Had to request blankets. Bed only had a sheet on it.
