The food was amazing we ended up eating breakfast at the hotel all week since it was filling and yummy. We were in such a good location to walk around downtown and see the courthouse building with the gem and mineral museum and this great coffee shop. We were able to walk to get dinner a couple of nights with ease but it didn’t sound like we were in a downtown area it was quiet and peaceful.

I didn’t know about the extra security deposit or the garage fee until we got there it wasn’t the worst thing but when I booked it it said total price was one thing and then it was a couple hundred more when I got there but it didn’t really cause any issues just caught me off guard.

We felt the parking garage was great and had easy access to our room. Location was perfect and walked to a restaurant with delicious tacos. The room was super clean, bed was extremely comfortable and slept very well. The shower was had a very clever set up. The housekeepers were very helpful and friendly. I loved that we were close to walking trails. The fitness center had up to date equipment and was spacious!

I appreciate the coffee in the room but really prefer better creamer and a reputable brand of coffee. Doesn’t have to be Starbucks. There’s room for improvement for the coffee maker too.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious and we loved the variety of options available. The rooftop pool across from the church was a cool (literally and figuratively) place to hang out! You also can't beat the location. Downtown Tucson has a lot going on and it was nice that we were able to walk to some of the local eateries and bars.

My only complaint was a bit of the cleanliness. The lounge chairs in the pool look like they needed to be wiped down. The walls and shower in our room look like they also needed to be cleaned. Everything else seemed pretty ace!

We came to town for a concert at Fox Theater, so this location was absolutely perfect. The hotel was super nice, clean, bright and very comfortable. The staff, for the most part, went out of their way to help and were engaging. The breakfast room was great; far beyond what we expected.

One person on the desk on Tuesday afternoon seemed very put-out when I asked her how to log onto the internet. I had tried several times earlier in the day and couldn't get into the system.

This there was most luxurious hotel we’d been in during our stay in AZ. The nearly floor to ceiling windows enhanced our night time views. Would have loved to take a dip in the second for pool but didn’t have time. Over all, our stay was lovely and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

The door jams—especially in the bathroom, entry and hall could have been wiped down but other than that, our room was very clean and quiet.

Beautiful location in the heart of downtown with stunning views from the rooftop pool! An inviting modern interior was inviting and classy. The room was comfortably austere with a large bathroom and shower along with an easy access ice machine and multi-level parking garage adjacent. Complimentary breakfast was perfect with hot and cold options!

Room key elevator operation was slightly bothersome.

The room size is great and the pool across from the downtown cathedral is stunning. Great location.

The elevators seem to prioritize the most recent input, which meant that we often would be forced back up to higher floors when we were previously heading down. Just a minor inconvenience.

Clean and great location! The parking garage was great. The market was perfect for midnight snacks. Loved the complementary breakfast.

Paying extra for the parking. I think it should be included in the hotel fee since the parking garage looked like it pretty much belonged to the hotel. Not a major deal breaker but maybe extend the time the pool closes to 10pm.

The location is great. $16 a night for parking-reasonable but make sure to add it to your nightly budget. The rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast was good.

The pillows are terrible. Bring your own if you can. And the wifi is not consistent and hard to access. When you go out of the Garage, be quick. If not, the door shuts and it is a huge hassle. Staff was rude about it.

Very clean, rooms looked great and property was well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

Having to pay for parking. This seems to be a common theme in hotels I’ve stayed in when I’ve visited Tucson. Not sure why I have to pay to park at the property I’m staying at. I’m not asking to valet my vehicle but if I’m paying to stay with you I don’t think I should have to pay for parking too, especially if you have a garage.
