The staff was friendly. The trailer was self contained. There was enough hot water to take a quick shower. It was easy to find and close to town. They allow dogs. It was a good price.
We stayed 5 days and one very cold night the furnace quit working. They have an emergency number but being from Canada we had no way of calling because of our phone plan. We were here to visit the Grand Canyon and that was a good hour plus away. It wasn't a big deal but the WiFi is not reliable, we had a snow day that we weren't prepared for and it was impossible to watch a movie.

Close to Williams and affordable!
Needed a better cleaning between guests. The oven was dirty with dried food and the grill was covered in grease from the last guest.

Location was excellent for our train trip to the canyon. Setting nice. Property is well kept.
The trailer was showing significant signs of wear. Broken blinds. Torn upholstery. Expectations were higher for a unit they titled "Luxury Suite".

The staff was great! Came right over when I couldn’t get the oven lit, I believe her name was Savannah? Having a gas grill made cooking SO easy They had all the things I needed to operate the kitchen The kids borrowed several board games and a deck of cards Full size refrigerator Ac worked like a dream Gift shop within walking distance with a private trail- this gift shop was the CHEAPEST in town so go there first, they also sell drinks and adult beverages We had corn hole boards for the entire stay Key drop box made check out SO easy Every time I called the office someone answered
The day before check in I received an email with a LONG list of rules I was not aware of when booking as they were not under policies. The pictures look like it’s secluded but it’s between the interstate and a LOVES truck stop so the noise at night can be a problem. You can also hear the people in the camper next to you as the slides are about two feet apart. It’s listed that the TVs have streaming capabilities but that is not the case

Their rental RVs are amazing, highly recommend! You have everything you need and the campers are nice and modern with your own bathroom and kitchen, heater, AC, stereo and so much more. The bed was super comfortable and everything is bright and roomy. It's about an hour away from the Grand Canyon and was by far the best value for money I found. The staff was super friendly and helpful and everything was clean.
The hot water in the RVs is limited, but for me alone it was just fine and I had no trouble taking a relaxed shower. Therefore I didn't try the public bathrooms which have unlimited hot water. The WiFi is unfortunately not the best, but it worked well enough for me.

Great location for the Grand Canyon, downtown Williams, lakes, hiking etc. Very clean grounds and strict on rules so everyone has a nice stay. The matress was amazing, so amazing I bought one as soon as I got home. I had unit 21. The cleaning fee seems to hight but the total price is equal to all other offerings in Williams and it's totally a unique experience. Fire pits, BBQs, stocked kitchens too. We wil be back.
It's right next to a truck stop, the noise is not to bad but noticable at times. The dining table seat cushions in our unit were so disgusting but the rest of it was very clean. We were told there was seven minutes of hot water, that's fine, it's a trailer, but there was no hot water at all. They inform you the alternative is a shower building behind the office that has unlimited hot water. Big no for me. Took us so long to figure out how to turn off the lights ( push the center of the light )

The RV was spacious, clean, and the heat worked great so it was also nice and warm thankfully. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had big bathrooms with showers at the office and they were also clean, warm and comfortable inside.
It would be nice to recommend travelers bring towels with them. There were some provided in the unit and they were ok, but a bit on the small and thin side. Also, the oven in our unit didn't seem to be working, unless there was a trick to it that we couldn't figure out.

Enough room for 2 couples with bedrooms at opposite end of the RV and a 2nd WC which was great. Hot in the day but very cold at night so we had to ask for extra blankets. Good location near the town but next to a truck stop so ear plugs needed for light sleepers. A great option if you are looking for value accommodation within reach of the Grand Canyon.
Staff could have been more welcoming on arrival and we were given an RV without a working awning at first (and the staff were aware of this) , however the staff changed us to a better RV on request

It's quiet self contained, a chance to do camping in style away from home (we do normally go camping) this was more upper class for us so it was good since it would have been hard for us otherwise being from a different country not knowing the elements and places to go otherwise and was a more cost effective then staying in the canyon since that's the reason we were there. For a family with 3 kids, there was plenty of space and more facilities than a hotel room, and we felt safe there. Like any caravan, the shower had limited hot water time (5 Minute showers, 20minutes to reheat) in the caravan but there were showers on-site that were clean and had plenty of hot water as well as soap/body wash. There was heating and cooling inside. Some nice restraunts to eat in town and only an hour drive from the Canyon and the drive was not stressful (one road all the way through). They offer wood for fire (when permited for $) and a bbq for outdoor cooking, as well as stove, oven and Microwave and all basic things dishes, cutlery etc needed for your stay. Good internet as well. The beds were firm, so if you like a soft bed you may need to bring something extra to put on the bed or ask (i did not so not sure if there is an alternative onsite) and the staff were wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.
It wasn't so much a 'didnt like', but more just a little glitch with the female bathroom and the lock pad, it got stuck a little. The mattress was a little to firm for my liking (papa bear firm) but I do prefer baby bear style mattress. There was no on-site laundry, however there were a couple in town so not a big deal.

The location was great in town but away. They had a great little camp. Some of the RVs had shade and others did not. Over all it was. Nice and relaxing. Would go back. The RV was stocked up with everything we needed just needed to bring the food. They had board games and fire pits, plus the BBQ grills in each suite were great. You were able to keep your OHV there and ride it into town. Lots of RZRs in town just such a cute little town. Super close to town and just a perfect little location. The staff were great. It was our first time staying so we were nervous and it was very simple, just a tad overwhelming with the rules.
We didn't receive all the rules until the day before our stay. There are a lot of rules. It made is feel overwhelmed. Everything was if you do this there is a fee. It just made us feel like we had to keep checking the rules to make sure we wouldn't get charged. The stay was great but music had to be done by 8 fire pits by 10 pm. They made us turn our pits off because they were shut down for the next couple of days. Then we were not able to do anything. There were a couple of things that could have been taken care of. The dishes were not properly washed. The screen door that we had was torn and the fuse box was broken which kept falling open. I was worried we would get charged for that. We kept calling the front to make sure they noted it and weren't going to charge us.
