The location is great. The main facilities bathrooms are great. Very clean. RV was very nice. Easy to find a use. The RV was a perfect place for a larger family like ours to stay in. Loved that they had games to barrow to play.

Wish they had a park or something for the kids. Kids got bored since their wasn’t much for them to do outside. The roads were really beat up. So many very large pot holes. I am sure they keep them to keep the speed down but man I was very bumpy. Also wished they had the basic cleaning supplies in each RV. I had to got to front desk a couple of times to barrow a broom so I could sweep.

Overall, we loved the place, and we'll be back! The trailers were pretty new and clean. The campground was very clean and we felt like we had everything we needed. The staff was available every time we went to the office and the kids liked the games that were available. The site is in a great location for exploring Williams and the surrounding areas.

THE BEDS!! We all disliked our mattresses. We slept on 4 or 5 inch memory foam and it, and my back did not get along. Same with everyone else in my party except for one who reveled at checkout that she had a regular pillow top and slept fine. My other issue was with not being able to vape on the property except for in the 1 smoking area. I understand no vaping inside the trailers, but to restrict it to the smoking area felt slightly excessive. Or if you're adamant about the policy, might I suggest adding smoking areas on each end of the park?

We loved the trees on the campus! The trailer was beautiful and kinda fancy. We ended up sleeping in the smaller bedroom because of the slant of the trailer. I'm sensitive to stuff like that, but it worked out! The staff had to come and tunr on the oven for us because all the buttons were rubbed off, so we had no idea what temp to turn the button to, but that was minor and they took care of it immediately.

Directions. The directions for a person that has never stayed in an RV could be a bit clearer, but once again, the staff was wonderful and very helpful, so we figured out how to turn off lights and open windows and all that.

The 2 RV's were clean and large enough to accommodate 10 people (4 adults, 6 kids) comfortably. They were well stocked with kitchen supplies, and everything was in good order. The staff was professional and helpful. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, but removed enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy part of town. The park was clean and quiet, with enough room around the campers for the kids to play.

While professional, the staff didn't seem overly welcoming compared to the messages I received. The holding tank on one of our campers filled one morning, causing the toilet to not flush. A simple fix, but we to walk with our legs crossed, a few hundred yards to get to the restroom. A few more smoking areas would be very nice.

The trees and the view. Cleanliness. Very nice helpful staff. Location was great. The BBQ to cook on. So much nicer than a hotel. Nice shower room with three stalls and changing area. Nice to have the two bedrooms.

The pull out sleeper was kid size. I don't think was mentioned in the description. It just said 'sleeps 6'. It didn't mention that two of the six had to be children. There was no mention in the info packet about turning on the heat pumps so we froze the first night. The decks were not very private. Hardly any room to maneuver around the beds.

The unit had almost everything my family needed for our stay. Also the unit's smoke alarm went off due to spraying air freshener and one day spelled of propane due to the high winds, maybe advising the future guests of that possible issue. The thing that helped these incidents not feel so bad was Rich, he came to assist and was extremely knowledgeable and nice. Rich made our family feel confident with what he did and the steps we could do for the remaining of our stay. Rich needs a raise!!! We love the fire pit as well.

TV should have more than regular channels to watch, I would suggest smart tvs with streaming tv options like Amazon prime tv or Hulu or Netflix or place a Roku stick. This allows the family to sign in their accounts and enjoy the TV more.

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the RV itself was. Everything was neat, clean and ready to use. The RV had everything we could have wanted and more. The TV was a Roku TV. There were plenty of dishes and utensils for us to use. The entire RV was modernized and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and my kiddos loved checking out several board games from the front office.

The good news is that I am honestly having a hard time finding something that we didn't enjoy about our experience. The neighbors were friendly and respectful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We honestly had a great time.

There is a gas grill, and a fireplace in front of each camping. You can grill immediately, everything is there, grill and kitchen utensils. You only need to buy meat, sausages, salads and dips in a grocery store. Smore's kits and Wood bundles are available on the reception. A lighter is in camper, in the stand of the kitchen utensils on the counter next to the knifes. No ouside wood allowed. All fire need to be out by 10pm daily. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is in the shower and they have good smelling towels. If you are tired, just sleep in the comfortable bed. Everything is well prepared. Smoking is prohibited on the Park grounds expect for the designated smoking area. Speed limit is 5mph. Quiet times start at 10pm and ends at 8am (daily) Bearizona (8 minutes) and the Deer farm (14 minutes) are very close.

We had the view of the road and the truck rest area. They have a beautiful view into the valley on the other side of the camping area, too.

We liked the convenience to town. The amenities like the BBQ, fire pit, patio chairs, and hot showers at the office. Having a kitchen to cook our meals in.

Well, it's nothing the RV park can control, but the noise from the I 40, train whistle at 3 am. made it difficult to sleep. I did think that the RV could use an exterminator to spray for spiders and other black bugs that we killed in the bed under the sheets. The sheets in the back bedroom had a lot of long brown hair attached to it. We had to shake out the whole bedding and clean the mattress because it had debris that felt like gravel. Plus, more hair. A couple of the hand towels were dirty. One looked like it had dry toothpaste on it. Also, the whisk in the utensil caddy had dried food left on it. Lastly, a BBQ spatula would have been great to have. But all in all, we had a great time. Ashley was awesome!

The uniqueness and options if I was staying a few days and was cooking staying in the RV vs one fairly quick night. My second stay with you. I think RV was brand new that was nice. With temps dipping to mid teens- heating worked out well, front bedroom played out warmer than rear. Towels were nicely plush.

I think this happened last time as well, instruction booklet was written as a general one size fits all, vs addressing the individual RV I had. They could be updated, as well as consolidating all info from the various sources- booklet, hangout from front desk at check in AND the several emails. Blinds covering the sliding glass door are shaky not offering adequate privacy when closed. Male guest showers in front building had soap dispenser only in handicap shower, and that one the body wash was empty. Would've been nice to know guests need to bring towels from RV. I believe at least 2 packs vs 1 to make coffee would be reasonable.
