The location in the center of everything was perfect. Employees were kind and helpful.

Long walk to my room from the lobby, key didn't open back door near my room. The room was so dark I couldn't see anything, but what I could see wasn't very clean. The bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners, and the bedskirt was dirty and covered in lint and hair. I had dinner in the bar area and it was cold.

I liked it was close to the individual I went down there to see to spend Christmas with. I'm very comfortable got very good night's sleep

I don't like that there's no dressers to put your clothes in I was there for 4 days and would have liked to had a drawer to put some of my clothes in. Also I've stayed here a few times to visit the same individual and I've never had to give my personal card for a $50 deposit which they said would be returned to my card I checked out Sunday Christmas Day and still have yet to have it returned to my card

I liked the fact that the staff was very accommodating. I was in town for an interview, and there was a marijuana smoke smell in the hallway outside our original room, and I did not want to be around the smell. They upgraded my room for free and put me on an entirely different floor than I was on originally. I really appreciated this and the new room had a nice balcony. They bed was nice and we were comfortable throughout the stay.

I was under the impression that breakfast was included at this hotel by the description on the Booking.com website, however this was not the case. Breakfast was $14.95 per person if you wanted that which I thought was really expensive. I also did not like that streaming services were not available on the TVs in the room. I feel like this is commonplace now and was surprised Netflix was not available to stream, only cable.

The hotel is very, swank! High scale but affordable, It is huge!! I walked a whole lot. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel manager was wonderful and very friendly. I had one issue, but it was resolved quickly. Can't wait to return next year as we just found out the event we came to town for, will be using your hotel again!!

Breakfast wasn't hot. Other than that no complaints. The hotel is really big! So it required a lot of walking to get back to the front desk. Of course, no restaurant really seasons their food, but it would have been nice.

Room size was good - everything worked!

Bed was so tall - I am 5'2" - had to practically jump on the bed and at 71 that can be a problem - would be nice to have a small stool or something to aid in getting into bed for us short people! The iron in my room had something scorched onto it and discovered I could not use it on my blouse unless I wanted to ruin it. Irons should be checked and replaced when something is burned on them.

everything thing was in order.

When I got there,There were some people smoking wright by the entrance to the motel and I had to walk wright through the smoke,made me very angry because I smelled like cigaret smoke the rest of the evening, I had to change clothes before my wife and I went to eat dinner. I tried to wait for the smoke to blow in a different direction but it was pretty steady in that direction.They we’re standing next to the walls so I couldn’t go around them.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice staff.

Ice machine not working. We were 3rd floor with extremely LOUD neighbors-- up until almost 5am. We noted that it was local prom weekend, but we were on an out-of-town business trip with an early morning agenda. Also, why did our room charges include an additional "self-parking fee"? When booked weeks earlier, the estimated total was less than what we were charged--which again did not note a "self-parking fee" to park in the hotel's parking lot. Otherwise, the staff was great, room spacious and clean, bed very comfortable.

I absolutely loved the looks of the place. It looked very nice. Very professional and clean. The bed was amazing, staff was beyond helpful and sweet! The pool was so fun.

The breakfast. It was to expensive for what you pay for. It didn’t have many options besides the basics and some fresh fruit. Not worth nearly $17

The room with the king bed was quite spacious with sufficient floor space for the family to maneuver.

I was overcharged. The reservation stated that one amount would be due, and a greater amount was charged to my card, only discovered by inspecting my account. : (

Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was very convenient.

We confirmed the shuttle pick-up time several times, and it was written in the log that we should be picked up at 10:30 pm, but there was a miscommunication with the driver and we had to call to be picked back up.
