The property is surrounded by beautiful trees. It’s very beautiful there and there’s so many places that you can eat that are very nearby. There’s a Walmart in Starbucks across the street everything about this hotel. I loved my cousins recommended it for me I came to visit my family from California and I can’t stop gushing about it and I’ll be back in two years and I want all my family to stay there. This is only Hotel that I will ever stay-in when I come to Little Rock Arkansas.

I loved everything everything was on point at 10 all across the board

The Breakfast they served had many options & was delicious! The workout room is a generous size & 6 or 7 machines to excersize every body part & weights are included They have a nice area for the outdoor pool & the pool was clean & its heated at night! Rooms are nice & spacious All except one older lady when we checked in, every other staff member we had encounters with was very helpful & respectful They have 2 guest computers with printer ATM located in office i must say this is one of the best hotel experiences we have had yet & most definitely will return & would suggest to others

The staff was outstanding, every one we interacted with. The gentleman was so cordial and helpful when we checked in and the woman managing the food in the morning was very helpful and seemed to be happy. The breakfast was some of the best I’ve had for the ‘free breakfast” benefit.

There were a few things in the room that made it seem worn and not taken care of though the rest of the facility seemed lovely: torn sheers, bedside table on only ONE side of the bed, and a loose strip on the bottom of the door. EVERYTHING else was good though.

Nice place , nice landscaping. Clean outside and inside. Loved the mattress in room 211.

There was a mother in law door on the inside of the room. Around 8:00pm I was in bed getting ready to drift off for the night. Someone in room 213 was forcibly trying to get the door from their room to mine to open. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. I used my cell to contact the front desk. I did hear voices in the hall a few minutes after I called. And they stopped trying to get in my room. It was unsettling.

We were very grateful to find helpful staff, clean and sufficient amenities, the most comfortable bed king size bed and perfect pillows. I love when the shampoo conditioner and body wash have a wall mount and quantity instead of many small bottles, lovely smelling products as well. The tv worked fine, the breakfast was with many many options and everything you could think of available.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property or my stay.

Michael at the front desk was wonderful, we arrived a little before check in but since they already had a room ready he allowed us to go ahead and check in early then he recommended a wonderful woman to drive us to our event!

There were some bikers that were all parked under the entrance awning when we got there so we couldn't pull up front to check in and our ride service had to park around the side of the building and come in to get, not the hotels fault just rude guests.

This place was amazing. Rooms are huge, beds so comfortable, views were spectacular and price was crazy good.

We got the package where we had to sit through a 90 minute presentation for their time share. 90 minutes turned into 3 1/2 hours and when they realized we were not going to buy in, everyone became kind of rude. Kicked us out the back door. Sales team kept us sitting there and kept trying to shove it down our throats. With every no came another sales person asking us why not.

I loved staying here as this was our first time to stay at a Wingate hotel. The lady who checked us in, i forgot her name, was AMAZING!!!!! She was so friendly and helpful, the room was wonderful and so was everyone the next morning. The breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful. When we checked out the lady at the desk was telling me that Wingate was celebrating their 20 yr Anniversary and that she had been there from the beginning. So Happy 20yrs Wingate. If we are ever back this way we will surely be staying there with yall. You can't go wrong staying here. The area is clean and safe.

Our stay was wonderful, nothing bad to say.

The property was newer and well kept up. The room was spacious and had both a microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and we were able to enjoy undisturbed sleep. The property also had electric vehicle charge stations. Laundry facilities were available on the floor with a counter for folding one’s clean clothes. Many health and safety measures were in place, such as automatic hand sanitizer dispensers near places where many hands may touch surfaces ie: near elevators and entryways. The outdoor pool was clean and inviting. We very much enjoyed our swim. The staff was courteous.

I would have appreciated paper instead of styrofoam plates and cups. They are much better for the environment. We would have also appreciated having recycling bins available near the dining eating area.

Clean, easy access to/from I-430, friendly staff. It is located next to a Cheba Hut sub shop (5 minute walk). Minimal breakfast. Nice fitness room and small pool. This is a travelers hotel, and not to be confused with a high dollar, amenities filled hotel, most of which one does not use. Clean, great location, food close by, easy access, and friendly staff. Value for the money.
