The beds were so comfortable. They were too high to get in though. Had to scoot mattress over where I could use box spring as a step to climb in. Also I'm handicapped and in wheelchair which made it very difficult.

The hight of the bed and was supposed to get free breakfast but did not. I ordered pizza from Larry's and it was delivered to the front desk. My mom called and asked if the driver brought it to the front desk and they said no. I texted driver she said she left it at desk. My mom went to the front desk and it was there. They should have called us. By the time we got it was cold. We drove in 3 hours, were tired and hungry!

The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff at check in and out were exceptional.

The pool was closed. I was looking forward to doing physical therapy in it. My wheelchair wouldn't fit between the foot of the bed and the wall, which made it impossible to get chair into bathroom. You needed to be stretch Armstrong to reach toilet paper from toilet.

Did not choose to eat breakfast, and am so glad you don’t put it in the hotel room charge since I’m on a strict diet for disease and have to eat what I bring, the room was incredible, so quiet, so easy to enter, leave, shower SO NICE, towels and bedding linens so comfy, it was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in years. Love the floorplan of the room, the coffee bar area so nice. Things just seemed so well thought through and spacious for a guest. I was amazed upon entering and even took pictures and sent to my family. So unexpected.

Male front desk operators that we interacted with were excellent. One female operator (night time-Wed nite) a bit testy.

Had to change rooms first off. No problem. 2nd room (328) was excellent. 1st room (309) had a bathroom sliding door that was not functioning. Wed nite had issues of generating a workable door card which took a good 20 mins. No issue after that.

I liked the location right off the freeway. From St.Vincents it was very convenient.

Although I had a pretty good breakfast each day, I think they need to upgrade their cooking station to accommodate a more of a self service station. Most places are allowing that again

The staff was friendly and very accommodating! I needed a disability room and it was perfect for my needs! The room was nice! It was a perfect location. I had appointments at Baptist Hospital and The Heart Hospital Clinic. Restaurants were close by. If I have to stay in Little Rock again I will stay at Holiday Inn!

Better channel selections on the TV.

Once we finally found it which was difficult because the GPS kept taking us in circles until we found the Holiday Inn sign all was good. The front desk guy was very accommodating and sympathetic to us because we barely escaped with our lives on a freeway accident so I was very shaken up. Beds were very comfy once we did fall asleep and the day staff was very nice. Pam Salahub

The gps directions is very confusing off of financial centre Parkway. Front lobby doorway in and out was not very clean so it left a bad impression. The luggage carts need to be updated. Pam Salahub

The facility was very clean, quiet, friendly staff and housekeepers and close to many restaurants. The rooms were big and updated.

The location was awesome and the room was larger than expected. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfort of bed was good. Breakfast was also good.

The check in time was lengthy, but finally got it worked out.

it was literally 5-7 minutes from everything. I picked this hotel randomly because I love leaving things up to fate and let them happen as they’re supposed to and this a was magnificent experience.

I would’ve preferred the tv be in front of the bed instead of in front of the couch and I didn’t like goin all the way down to the first floor for ice.
