Well kept

The fact that there’s hundreds of rooms and I had a dog with me that I let them know my dog would be talkative if he heard men… just to find out every room around me was a bunch of loud mouth dudes and my dog was good (surprisingly) but it was pretty annoying that they don’t give people space in hotel rooms anymore. I had honestly never heard so much activity in a hotel and it was just a loud annoying stay

Room was designed well, modern and upscale. The room was quiet and comfortable. Excellent room experience. Area was quiet.

Breakfast was weak, not really that many choices of Whole Foods, just a bunch of processed stuff. Random 50$ Pet Fee not well mentioned beforehand, did not see any information about it when signing up. Other then that it was a really nice stay, I would stay here again.

Breakfast was great, plenty of parking, and staff was super nice!

Shower is supplied with shampoo and shower gel and no conditioner. Most hotels I've been at supply shampoo/shower gel combo and conditioner. My hair got an extra wash lol just be careful and don't be like me and not read the labels.

Location was closer to our activity. Starbucks and Panera were close by. We would stay again if returning to LR.

Very thin walls. You could hear everyone walking or talking. The family above us had dogs and we could hear them chasing each other around.

Breakfast was great! Blueberry .muffins were the best I've ever eaten. Location was great, lots to do close by.

Extra trash bags in the room or something to that effect. Other than that everything was great.

The bed and pillows were so comfy which is a big deal as I don’t travel w/o my own pillow ever but sis this time. Breakfast was good and fresh.

The dog barking underneath us. It was constant. I think the owners left him all day. It didn’t bark at night.

My man and I loveeeee this hotel. Our go-to when we need a night alone together. I love how my name pops up on the TV when I first come in! And I personally love the glass door showers.

The rooms have been remodeled since I stayed there last. I really liked the way that the bathrooms had been updated with a shelf above the counter. Also liked the optional housekeeping since I was there 3 nights.

There was only one small trash can in the bathroom. It would have helped to have another trash can in the room. Driveway entrance is dark at night and needs a better light on the other side of the sign. Ran out of coffee in breakfast area on Saturday a.m.

Miss Alicia in kitchen was the most wonderful staff person. I promised I would give her a special shout out because she went above and beyond in the breakfast bar picking up spills helping parents just anything you can imagine. And the facility change from real creamers to powdered and that was a mistake! listen to Alicia she knows what the customers want.

Everything was basically good except for that housekeeping when they use the back elevators need to make sure that they clean behind themselves in the elevator. I did have to use a towel from the pool to clean the elevator floor.
