Hilton Garden Inn West Little Rock

the property was amazing , clean, comfortable, friendly staff

the breakfast on the site it says free breakfast. when we got downstairs the lady behind the counter asked us if we were going to eat the continental breakfast or at the table. then we sit down and the waitress tells us to make what we want on the paper and says it is alacart. so we are paying for breakfast but ok we don’t have get out. we didn’t realize that they were going to charge us for a full meal amount for each thing we got. I got scrambled eggs, bacon, and French toast and it was $31 they charged me $15 for 4 pieces of French toast and $14 for scrambled eggs and bacon . there were 7 people in our group our total was $205 for breakfast!!!

It was clean and modern. The room size was great. Fitness center was decent. The staff at the desk and especially the restaurant was fantastic. There was a restaurant employee named Remon that went above and beyond. He was so personable and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about him.

clean, location, nice rooms. we felt like booking .com made us feel like second class citizens. you can't change your credit card, you didn't reserve for breakfast, you can't have s receipt, because you made your reservation with booking .com!!

low toilets. aging population needs accommodations with levered care. no receipt and can't have breakfast because of using booking .com.

The friendly front desk gentleman (Don or Dan) was very welcoming and helpful! Both ladies that covered breakfast on June 2nd and 3rd were also very friendly, along with an awesome cook that fixed our breakfast “made to order”. In addition, Khristina, the General manager, went above and beyond to help us out with transportation to the Zoo! Thanks to Scott that drove us to the Zoo😀 I usually don’t leave reviews but you will not be disappointed with this hotel or the awesome staff!!

LOVED EVERYTHING!!!

I have stayed at Garden Inns many times and this location was exactly as I expected: clean, nice room, friendly staff. The location was a bit off the track from our route, but worth the extra distance. Safe, well-kept grounds.

I was surprised to find that the breakfast was not included as it had been previously and ordering off the "menu" was overpriced without much substance.

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Allowed me to keep my same room for another night when it was an unexpected family emergency

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast and the lobby is large and well designed.

The room had a standing shower which did not have an outer lip to block the water from getting on the floor. Needless to say, our bathroom floor had a lot of water from showering which we needed almost all of our towels to dry up. Design could have been better.

Excellent service and staff willing to help me with my extremely delayed check-in and late check-out .

I asked for down alternative because of severe allergies... half of the pillows were down, but the other were alternative so not too much of an issue. I just put them on the floor far away from me.
