Great location and good staff. An addition of a safe would be convenient and a bit more comforting to leaving valuables in the rooms. Will definitely be coming back here in the future though.

Lack of a safe. Wall by the door is thin and can be loud at times, especially near staircases as other visitors continuously pass by these main halls.

location is amazing. there is a mini mart half a block away and a great restaurant between the hotel and Disneyland. Disneyland is an easy 15 minute walk. The rooms are newly updated and clean

this is a no frills room. you get all the basics. bedding could have been softer, towels could have been bigger but honestly, that’s nit picking

All went well with our stay. Clean room, very firm bed and great air conditioning. Found parking easily.

One little problem we encountered… we had a 2 night stay and on the last night our room keys stopped working. We had one person from our party in the room to let us in, and the hotel staff are available 24 hours, so it was a problem that could be taken care of quickly.

My family and I enjoyed the firm bedding, the cleanliness of the room, the cable TV, and how centralized the location was. Additionally, we enjoyed how friendly, approachable, and helpful the staff were to us in responding to our questions while at our stay.

I made the reservation for this hotel online, and I was unaware of one matter. When I came to the hotel, I was told that I needed to provide a $75 security deposit, in case anything was damaged in the room we were staying in. However, it was explained to me that the money would be returned after we gave the keys back. It caught me off guard, so I believe the website should reflect this matter.

The location was perfect your right next to the Disney land park and adventure park , perfect for just couples , I really enjoyed my stay there , would definitely come back and stay especially for price!!!

Didn't like how they handled everything especially because we got there early , when I reserved hotel it was 185.76, and then when we got to hotel have to put 70 dollar deposit that I still haven't got back , staff was friendly not very much commodities but ig for California you get what you payed for can't say I was disappointed or upset with my stay could've handled things allot differently especially heo may days we stayed there !!

We were doing a quick Disney trip for my friend and we stayed for just the one night. I had my service animal with me and they were above and beyond accommodating. As a service handler it was incredibly relieving knowing I was in good hands. Traveling with a service animal can cause quite the anxiety but all my fears were put to rest! The location was perfect for doing Disney the next morning. Checking in and out was easy! The staff was incredibly nice, parking was also very accessible. The room itself was gorgeous, very spacious and cozy! I appreciated everything and it definitely made my 2 day trip worthwhile!!

The provided shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. It made my hair very thick and greasy. That is my only down side but I usually bring my own I just forgot!! :)

The staff were very friendly throughout the stay. Rooms were updated and very clean, had plenty of amenities, and were quite spacious. Aside from minor road noise, the hotel was quiet. The abundance of parking was a relief when we pulled in, and we felt very comfortable leaving our rental there after checkout. We typically stay at a chain hotel a few doors down, but we were so so pleased with our stay here (both the experience and the value), that this is our new favorite. Honestly excellent value for the really lovely rooms and well kept grounds. It was so nice to come back midday or in the evening to a quiet hotel with lots of greenery.

Only "complaint" would be the slightly "lengthy" walk to attractions, but still a very doable walk (even on the way back after a long day on your feet).

Room was clean, comfortable bed. Fairly close to Disneyland coming in the back way through downtown Disney. Free car park.

Initially no table or chair in the room. Said it was because it was a room for people with disabilities or wheelchair access but a table and chair/s are needed especially if you are travelling with someone. They did provide a small coffee table and chair on request.

Clean, nice, excellent location for Disneyland. They even let us park the car early and leave servers hours after checking out. Kind staff!

The room was very spacious and comfortable, bed was great. Bathroom was more than adequate and clean. Had a fridge and microwave which was handy. Nice little desk for working. Wifi was good. Small laundry area which was convenient. Close by to where I needed to be (at Disney). Overall well maintained and safe.

Air-conditioner would kick in every now and then which made a little bit of noise. couldn't seem to figure out how to have it on a permanent gentle breeze, but still wasnt too much of an issue
