Clean good sized room and bathroom with plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower, towels changed and rubbish collected each day and could ask for full service if before 11am. Spotless pool area with extra towels, and outdoor tables where we could eat breakfast. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast included with plenty of food and topped up during breakfast and also had low fat milk. Free parking included. Close to restaurants and walking distance to Disneyland. We were there during the Hurricane Hillary and staff went out of their way to secure an additional night with cancellation at no charge if our flights were cancelled. Washing machine and dryer available. Reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Disneyland.

Rooms were a little dated but spotless and they are in the process of renovating so not really an issue.

The rooms were perfect, plenty of storage space between the dresser, nightstand and closet. We appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave. We also were happy to find that our rooms were connected so we could be close to our family. Heated pool and hot tub were a plus! Breakfast was superb! Thank you!

We wished the pool/hot tub area was open a little later. It closed at 10pm, but 11pm would have been just right! That's just us personally. We spent most of our time at Disneyland and after being on our feet all day/night, a quick soak in the hot tub would have been the kicker!

Staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. Very clean rooms. Very clean bathrooms! Good breakfast, it stays clean and they refill it through the morning. AC unit works well. Patio is nice, I was happy and surprised to have one. Great location. Easy check in and check out, no hidden fees. Great price for everything the location has to offer, great value. Quiet. Tv works great, good channels.

Wifi doesn’t work. Coffee machine in the room didn’t have coffee filters, and wouldn’t turn on. The lamp next to it wouldn’t turn on. No house keeping.

it’s hard to find anything that I didn’t like about it. You can tell that it’s an older place, but very well-maintained. Carpets are relatively new. Beds felt just like a $300 a night hotel. Only true negative for my Steu. Was the pool being open until 10 PM and a family with children couldn’t seem to keep their kids from screaming while playing in the pool. Certainly not the hotels fault

I really liked our room. it was 215 and it had a balcony that was on the pool side. it was fun waking up to Disney songs coming from the lobby. the breakfast was varied and had fresh waffles, cereals, yogurt and jello. The coffee machine dispensed fresh regular and decaf coffee plus hot water. it was available 24 hours. That was a nice touch. Despite those two things we did enjoy our stay, so if I am back for a conference I would probably stay here again because

The pool was a nice temp and had a hot tub. But it open until 10, which is standard for hotels, but my daughter was disappointed to not be able to go for a swim before checking out at 11. Another drawback was it was quite a walk from Disneyland compared to other hotels on Katella. It was closer to California Adventure Park and the Grand Californian hotel.

This was a last-minute trip to Disneyland and trying to find a reasonably priced room was very difficult. I read reviews so that’s what I based my decision on to rent this room. I was not disappointed at all. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. It is not a five-star hotel but that’s not what I was expecting. The room is a bit dated but definitely exceeded my expectations. The free breakfast was just a fantastic bonus. It was hot and included scrambled and hard boiled eggs, had two waffle makers, sausage, bread products and yogurt and fresh fruit. I really couldn’t ask for any better than that. As far as the distance to Disney, it was about a 25 minute walk and you have to go through downtown Disney to actually reach the park entrance. I would definitely stay here again.

My son LOVED it. He ssid it's his favorite hotel ever. The pool and jacuzzi were the best(warm pool, clean water, pleasant seim area, hot jacuzzi. Also liked the balcony looking out over the pool and was really impressed that they even included a small playplayground for the little kids. Breakfast was exceptional. Amazing waffles. The hotel has a retro look and feel but has been expertly updated to keep the charm while updating all the fixtures. I have to say that all the staff was super helpful and friendly. They allowed us to park until midnight on the day of check out. The night clerk let us use the restroom before we headed out. Couldn't be happier@

Staff was very helpful in assisting with some plans in advance regarding our request for early check in and adjoining rooms. Upon arrival staff gave us tips on do's and don'ts / best route to DL.

Don't believe there was an elevator? Or if there was it was not abundantly apparent. Made it difficult to unload and load, upon arrival and departure, respectively.

The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was very good and within covid policy procedures. The courtyard was very beautiful with palm tress, a garden, water fountain, patio tables for dining and relaxing. The pool was open, clean with clean towels provided pool side. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of walking around Disneyland. The hotel staff was vey helpful and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was 1/2 mile to Downtown Disney and only a 15 minute walk. Coco's and Denny's restaurant was across the street and a 15% discount was provided courtesy of Quality Inn at Denny's. The store and restaurant's were all in walking distance. It was very quiet. The hotel provided free parking and no hidden fees. Overall our family had a great time and quality inn exceeded our expectations for the low prices we paid. Thank you to the staff and management.

Unfortunately the tv's are outdated and internet service is not the greatest. The bathroom window opens in front of the walkway, so you can't always leave it open. Check out was at 11am, 12 noon would have provided more adequate time to eat breakfast, pack and load your vehicle.

The staff was very helpful in giving us a first floor room that was good for my husband has he has trouble with the stairs. When we contacted them about parking early and having a scooter delivered there, they were very accommodating. The breakfast was good, included eggs, sausage, waffles and the other basics of a breakfast, we really appreciated having more than pastries. I would come here again and it was an easy walk the Disney.
