Staff was excellent! Ischel helped me and was so considerate offering the room choices she thought might fit our needs. I love pillows, need pillows to sleep especially after walking 10 miles a day at Disneyland. the bed was comfy, I had four lovely pillows, and a nice comforter. I appreciated the grab and go bags, they were a lifesaver for an emergency snack or water during the day. lots of hot water to sooth my tired feet, and good towels. The trim where the carpet and linoleum meet was cut about 2” short on one corner. The carpet layer didn’t do a good job on that and it will make a tripping hazard when it starts to loosen. There was a cigarette garbage just outside my door, and the other room had a smoker, so I had to walk through his smoke each time I went out. Maybe the Smoking area could be moved. Other than that it was a lovely stay. My room was clean and neat, and we had a lovely stay! Thank you to all the staff. 😊

Great location for Disney. About a 15 min walk to Downtown Disney and another 10 or so to the actual park, so not super ideal if you have limited mobility but was good for us - we popped back to the hotel for lunch and a rest etc. Room was a good size and the facilties were good, such as a guest laundry. The free breakfast at Dennys across the car park was good value and ideal before a long day of walking round the parks.

AC unit is extremely loud to the point it wasn't possible to sleep with it on, but it was too hot to sleep without it. We also noticed that the light over the mirror was giving off a ridiculous amount of heat so that the room was even hotter with it on, but as there is no overhead lighting it was very dark with it off. Not dealbreakers but made the stay a bit less comfortable.

Staff were fantastic on the front desk, nothing was too hard. Every question answered and our different timings for breakfast pickup were no problem. Very handy next to Dennys. Pool was a lovely respite. Laundry was very welcome after 3 days on the road. So handy to Disneyland, we weren't there for anything else. Beds comfortable, facilities very clean and tidy.

Room was a little small for 4 adults incl luggage. But we were on a budget so couldn't do two. Recommend two singles or a queen and a single max for these rooms. Need space for gear when travelling. Some spoons, knives etc and decent cups would have been great but not there long enough to be a hassle.

Great amenities like free breakfast, pool, and hot tub. The shuttle stop right out front was convenient and the Denny's right in the same parking lot made getting breakfast a breeze. Front desk staff were courteous, helpful, and pleasant. Housekeeping did a great job as well!

There were a couple families out at the pool and hot tub and a male staff member came to kick us out. He told us the pool was closed, which contradicted the check-in in paperwork and what the front desk person told us earlier. When we told him we thought the pool was open until 11pm, he said, "No! It closed at 10:45pm and it's 10:48pm!" Not sure what that was about but he was rude about it.

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet area. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. Pool was also relaxing and not overly busy. Seemed like the hotel was busy as parking lot was almost full but the hotel remained quiet and uncrowded throughout the week. Nice to have free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Breakfast vouchers for two but could buy additional vouchers for rest of family for low cost. Only about 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Older facility but well kept and no problems whatsoever. Will stay again.

Facilities, lovely pool and hot tub, bus stop outside (payable, book online). machines with soft drinks or you can buy in shop next door or in reception, no prices on either! Free hot drinks in reception. only negative was the damp smell in the room, although the bath/shower and facilities were all absolutely fine, just stripping off the old wallpaper and carpet would probably freshen up the rooms and they were clean, just a little dated. my Partner was even able to watch the Everton game early in the morning! can cut through hotel California down Disneyland drive on way back from adventure park ( entrance near Grizzly ride). can possibly enter park too but would need to go through hotel gate behind a resident, we managed it one night! you have to go through security bag checks to get into Disney- queue was long at 8am at the weekend. we had park hopper, could have probably just done one park each day, and not sure how good the photo pass is, as they don’t do photos on most of the rides, unlike UK theme parks. may have been my lack of technical knowledge tho! we had a meal at the Storyteller one evening- buffet and not worth in it my opinion. You will see characters around the park so no need to book expensive meals.Genie worked out well, you can start booking as soon as you enter the park, every 2 hours you can make a booking. Save until later in the day, as the queues are short first thing, so you could have a few rides ready and booked for the afternoon (2 hour actual ride times don’t apply just when you can make the reservation). restaurants get very busy so might be worth doing an app order for food. no quick kiosk type food, unless for things like sweetcorn, pretzels etc. was also surprised hardly any coffee stands, only saw one or two so you would have to queue in restaurant.

Slight damp smell in room, opening window solved that problem.

Great location to Disneyland, just a 15/20 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Then either get on monorail to Disneyland or walk through Downtown Disney to the main entrances to both parks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dennys Diner was just next door, where you got breakfast, which was very nice, and service was excellent. Laundry facilities were also available at a charge! But well worth it.

Carpet in room was very dirty, (socks soon showed that!) Housekeeping was only done on request, which I understand why, however if your staying there a week or so you should get it done at least every 3rd day.

Everything was good and staff was great!

The facility is a little dated, and very expensive for what you get. Also, the breakfast at denny's was good, however, it was very limited. You can't expect different people to have the same quantity of foods during breakfast, I found myself eating protein bars and shakes right after because I was still hungry. Having the option of breakfast was nice, but I wouldn't miss it if there was no breakfast at all, especially If that meant rates were a little cheaper

I had everything I needed for my stay. I booked the room for a conference I was attending at the convention center nearby. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. There was good space and structure, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean. The staff was always helpful too!

I would enjoy more water pressure in the shower, but it was okay. The Wi-fi connection was slow, especially at night (peak hours maybe), but I got a stable connection.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly since we checked in later than we expected. Great basic motel and GREAT location for visiting Disneyland. Nice to have a kid-friendly restaurant next door that is open long hours too.

I think we were expecting something a little more updated. For example, given the location (almost directly across from a Disneyland entrance) I would have thought that the a/c would have been better (quieter, updated). Small but potentially costly update, I guess.
