Can't remember the guys name at the front desk but, he's top notch!! Very friendly and had awesome recommendations of places to eat. Room was perfect. I accidentally busted a wine glass getting out of the jacuzzi tub and let the front desk know that morning to put it in their notes so they would spend a little extra time vacuuming in case I missed any glass after we left. He asked if I wanted them to come immediately and do it, I told him we were leaving for the day but that would be great and that I would pick up the rose petals I dropped out for my wife the night before. He insisted I let them worry about it and I took my wife out and enjoyed our day. Returned and everything was cleaned. Location is awesome, just across the street from the beach and right next door to great food! Two fire pits with ocean views. Absolutely perfect for a romantic get away for 2. This trip was for a private wedding on the beach and honeymoon, first half Monterey, second half Cambria. I won't go back to the first place we stayed but, will definitely be back to Cambria Landing!!

Only things I can say i didn't like is at some point it looked like a guest let the tub run to long and flooded part of troop so the carpet was pulled back to dry and never properly re-stretched and reinstalled. Most people probably won't look twice at it but, I own my own flooring business so it stood out to me. #2 would be the curtains nor the bottom of the door completely seal out the light, I have a hard time sleeping with any light so it probably won't bother anyone else, my wife didn't even notice. Both are minor and, they are waiting on a remodel and thats why the carpet hasn't been re-stretched. Neither would deture me from staying again. We left this morning and already can't wait to go back!

I liked the location. Hotel was clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was a basic room. Fire place was a joke. No real flame. TV wasn't crisp and clear. But was ok. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. We like the two hot tubs. Check in was at the Fog Catcher Inn. This hotel didn't have staff because of being short handed. Loved being across from the ocean. No breakfast is offered at this hotel. I'd only stay here off season because it's much more reasonable. I don't feel it's worth 180 and up on season. You pay for location. Bed was great. Overall very comfortable stay.

Needs more hot tub towels. They were empty when we went again in the evening. Good thing we saved the ones from previous.

We only stayed for one night, but the check-in process was easy, the location was amazing, parking was good, free toiletries available in the lobby were a nice bonus, and the overall price for the quality of the rooms and the entire stay was excellent! My extended family and I booked this last minute and were even able to get an upgraded room to comfortably fit all of us for an extremely affordable rate. Wish we were able to stay in Cambria. I will be sure to stay here again the next time I come.

Maybe more parking, but other than that it was good. I would say maybe having more coffee with cream/sugar is nice, but not necessary. Thank you.

The view was incredible. The front desk service was very friendly and accommodating. The hot tubs were very relaxing. I appreciated the fact we had fire pits outside. Waking up to have morning coffee and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view was outstanding. The best part was how quiet our room was. It was nice that there is a restaurant right next door. Also the room have larger than average refrigerators.

Definitely a good size room and it's separate from the main part of the hotel so you feel like you're in a little bungalow. Had a little sitting area with windows facing the ocean Plus a patio. And closer to the road which is directly across from the beach are two gas fire pits. You can't beat the location. Boardwalk, Beach, restaurants literally steps away

Could have been a little cleaner there was hair in the shower. but the jacuzzi tub was clean and that was more important to me.

After a long day exploring nearby towns and Moonstone Beach, the spa tub inside the room helped us completely relax and end the day. The bed was so comfy. Even though we only had a partial view of the ocean, it was still beautiful. We were able to view the sunset from our room. You get your own little patio in front of the room too so we were able to take a moment to sit outdoors and view the stars while listening to the ocean. I wish we could have stayed longer but unfortunately it was just a quick weekend getaway for us.

The inn is beautiful with amazing access/view to the coast. Very friendly staff.

We stayed on the side of the Inn that faced the Moonstone restaurant & that at times was quite noisy. Not necessarily the Inn's fault, but a little annoying (especially late at night with a dog). Also, the food delivery service was over an hour late & didn't give me the complimentary mug I was promised. That is a bit of a problem when you pay fee's like a delivery fee & 18% service charge & are supposed to be someplace for a tour on time. Again, that wasn't the inn's fault, but when you hitch to the horse ya know...?

Very comfortable place to stay overnight on our drive from LA to San Francisco. Good off road parking facilities that were easy to access from the room and meant that we could see our car from our room. Nice boardwalk built directly opposite the hotel. We appreciated the helpful staff that provided us with good advice on breakfast choices.

Tea selection ( only 1 herbal tea; hot water poured coffee…whereas the coffee can poured a water/coffee mix as cans were filled incorrectly). No staff at reception after 7 pm and also not at 8 am..
