that booking.com didn't send the virtual pre-paid card for the $477 we prepaid for and the out of country folks demanded we send electronic proof of payment when, in fact, you had my credit card proof of payment. I not only, this month, had an 850 perfect score that is un-reachable plateau but ignored by your company.....WHY? In addition we are seniors in our mid 70's who are reliant on coms to help us stay in our home, thus, working to help senior citizens to keep their homes clean while allowing us, as mid 70's folks to continue living in this wonderful community.... So where is the equalify???

Have stayed at Harbor Lite a few times now. The staff was super friendly as always. I had lost my wallet with my ID and bank cards just before the trip. I was super stressed I wouldn't be able to get the room. I called them and they worked with me to get me accomidated and it all worked out. Immediately took all my stress away about that so I am super thankful. I am already booked for my next trip there in October! Location is perfect. Sunsets from the balcony overlooking Noyo Harbor, evening walks down to the jetti to listen to the waves crash... Harbor Lite Lodge is our happy place and we will definitely be returning again.

Truthfully, the only thing I didn't like... My trip was not near long enough. LOL

2nd time staying at HLL. It didn't disappoint. I want to thank the staff for the romance package waiting in the room. Made my fiance feel very special on her birthday weekend and made me look good. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you very much!!!!

The fact that we couldn't stay longer. The 2 times we have stayed at HLL have been very enjoyable. Love the view of Noyo Harbor and the sea pups barking below. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet-mostly, great views, slept with the door open and felt the cool breeze, comfy bed and it feels like home.

It was the holiday weekend so I get there’s way more to clean but… I had a few wet spots on the carpet next to the bed. I stepped in it bare foot and then promptly washed my foot. There were some obvious missed spots vacuuming and the ants in the bathroom.

The harbor view is great! Every room seems to have a view either directly at the harbor or at the bridge. Balcony in every room. It can be noisy if the balcony door is opened, the sounds of fisherman's boats and seals. The room itself is OK, decent beds, clean white bed sheets.

The hotel is obviously dated, renovation would be good (bathroom especially). But it is clear from the photos. Good enough for 1-2 nights, as a stop on the road. The price was good compared to other options nearby, but I wouldn't say it's cheap by itself.

Location is excellant. Although it's near the highway, there was little traffic overnight. The view is sweeping and beautiful, from the little harbor to the beach. Grounds have lush landscaping. We were on the ground floor, but there was no noise from above or next to our room. I'm sure they were fully bboked.

The room was a little small. But there was just enough space to use an additional air mattress, provided by the Lodge.

Clean room. Nice view of harbor. Very good customer service from Omie over the phone, who was pleasant and very accommodating. Very clean. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed walking down to the harbor and restaurants, although the long steep stairway probably isn't for everyone. The had coffee available throughout the morning and extra coffee pods for the rooms, which I really appreciated.

Breakfast was packaged pastry, bananas etc., but we didn't come for the breakfast so it wasn't an issue. We had no personal problems with customer service, but the guys working the desk did seem just a bit edgy and impatient with some customers in front of us. It's a hard job no doubt.

It is a beautiful 1972 hotel right on the historic harbor. These people have been in the hotel business for 50 years and really know the business and how to treat guests and our needs for a great nights stay. Very clean, wonderful balcony overlooking an amazing garden courtyard and other beautiful grounds. Room was homey and comfortable and very quiet. Well done Hunt family and Staff! We loved it!

Close to the ocean, quiet, friendly staff, good prices. When my husband was alive, we stayed there many times over about 40 years.

They no longer have the continental breakfast. Covid is basically over. I feel some motels are now using Covid as an excuse to no longer serve continental breakfast. That was a disappointment, as they used to have a great continental breakfast.

The reservation I made through booking.com was for a room without a view, which isn't what we wanted. I asked for a different room, and they were gracious enough to move us to a better room WITH a view. Kudos to the front desk staff.
