Quality Inn & Suites

The room itself was very clean and in good shape. I had 3 good night sleeps as well as showers. The ironing board and iron were in good shape and worked well. The breakfast was basic but quality.

The location isn't great. It's bordered by an abandoned building and a storage yard or trailer park on 2 sides. There were homeless people loitering in the parking lot and walking the street nearby. There were no hangars in the room and the staff was pretty stressed trying to handle security, check-in/out, and meals.

The Quality Inn on Santa Rosa Street is conveniently located and the rooms are large and quiet. The full breakfast was included. It included waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. The price was a bargain and there is plenty of parking.

The hallway security door on the west end of the building did not close and lock securely when the wind was blowing. This was concerning to us. Also, we could smell someone had been smoking marrigiwanna in the building near our room. Management should make no smoking signs more visible and remind guests that there is no smoking (cigarettes, cigars, or marrigiwanna) allowed in the buildings.

The room was big. I was near the rear entrance which made loading and unloading easy. Very quiet. Had an ok continental breakfast.

Plumbing was very noisy. The toilet paper holder was in a very bad position and was difficult to reach. Yard guy was using a leaf blower when I got there and I had to wait for him to move out of my way to park. I then had to wait for him to move so I could unpack my car.

Breakfast was okay, you might consider varying ways of cooking the egg.

I expected a mini-refrigerator and a microwave.

I conveniently located

I arrived after dark and found it difficult to find the driveway turnoff from the busy road as it was unlit . The carpets throughout were very dirty… maybe the place is under construction?

Easy check in. Very clean. Exactly what I needed. Ex ept at 7:55 you ran out of breakfast.

I was needing breakfast on the go. You ran out of hot food. We stay places that have breakfast

Very clean property and rooms. Easy to find location near food and highways. Good size room.

Breakfast could have been a bit better. Powered coffee creamer is terrible, coffee too strong, no milk was available.

Non smoking and serving breakfast for the guests

Was nice close to shopping and room was recently remodeled so was very nice .

Beds were a little hard but other than that was great stay
