My friend had just flown in from Thailand. He needed a place to rest before I was to come down to pick him up. This was during the last record snowstorm so my attempts to drive down to Santa Rosa were thwarted and he had to stay over a few extra days. The staff at Doubletree was very understanding and held the room for him without any increase in price. They were very accommodating.

The menu at the in-house restaurant could be improved with a few more selections. Other than that I have no other suggestions. A fine place to stay and I'd recommend it highly.

Nice, clean and value for money stay in Napa Valley. Stay was very comfortable, restaurant was decent too. Room was very spacious with a large attached washroom. Napa Valley can be expensive so a great place to say which is also a bit easier on the pocket.

Was a bit far (~30 mins drive) from some of the famous wineries in Napa region, but we didn’t mind as the drive itself was quite beautiful.

the staff was amazing we love the chocolate chip cookies they are the best. the rooms were clean and the atmosphere was excellent

the secret hidden fees of parking per night were horrible. and then also the hidden 50 dollars a night deposit hold. it was just a little bizarre. i also decided to extend our stay by a week and they missed one of the days I needed they did get it handled but it was a bit stressful with the reservation not being 100% correct.

We stay here frequently when we’re in the area both of our daughters go to school nearby. Very clean comfortable property with good amenities. This was my first chance to swim in the pool and it was wonderful.

It was a bit of a trek to get to our room when we checked in. We noticed the parking lot closer to the building our room was in so we started using that instead. It would have been nice to be told about the closer parking lot at check in.

Grounds and amenities

Pool is too small and should open earlier for people to swim without all the kids in the pool. Shouldn’t have to pay parking- plenty grounds w/o extra charge.

Lovely staff, both at reception as at restaurant. Food and wine good.

Parking costs. For this room price I would just integrate it in the nightly costs.

We didn't eat breakfast there. But sincerely liked the Jaquez in the evening. And the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were the best. Were could I get some of those? Also the warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival!

That I had to pay to park in the lot. other hotels in the are do not charge to park your vehicle.

Nice big hotel room. Love the warm cookies at checkin. Clean facilities throughout.

Some people were smoking by the pool and others were cussing and playing loud music, and there was no oversight by management. I also didn’t like paying $15 for parking.

We love the facility and the pool area and the facility is always clean. Easy On and off. access to the freeway.

Have to pay for parking now and cleaning service.
