We stayed in the queen delux room, an accessible room on the ground floor, which has a very comfortable couch as well as the queen bed. There is also a desk, refrigerator, microwave, television, and large walk-in shower. It is a very comfortable room.

The refrigerator froze everything. It made adding cream to the coffee rather more difficult than usual and iced the coffee, too. I reported it to the manager.

We upgraded to the deluxe king so we could have a ground floor room. It was spacious and tucked away from road noise. Very comfortable bed, shower, bathroom and kitchenette. We loved having a Keurig coffee maker with good quality coffee pods, and breakfast bars in room. Our host was friendly, and he directed us to downtown and an out of the way brewery that is #3 in the nation!

The room was clean, but the floor was not mopped, as my feet were dirty after walking on it barefoot.

Just passing through the area. This location met our needs and provided a place for a good night's sleep in what we felt was a safe location.

This is a great location for a no frills and reasonably priced stay. Close to a variety of affordable restaurants. The person(s) in the unit above us could have been more considerate and not stomped around so much... but the management has no control over that. They did settle down during regular sleeping hours.

The room was clean. I liked the kitchenette. The beds were adequate.

I did ask for a first floor room, which we got, due to a mobility issue. However, the step up into the room was a challenge. It was approximately 5" up and difficult for someone walking with a cane. They had a wheelchair accessible room we could have booked, but I didn't feel that was appropriate for us. If I had known about the step into the room, I might have booked it anyway. Also, heard a series of gun shots on Friday night.

Comfortable bed and very clean. good location for touring the County, with easy drive into Santa Rosa for restaurants etc. reception staff were helpful when our flight home was cancelled, letting us use their phone, offering us longer check out time.

Only nearby place we found for breakfast was Denny’s, so we tended to go into town to find a nice coffee shop. The road outside is busy but the traffic noise stopped at night and didn’t wake us.

There were 3 granola types bars and 2 bottles of water for us in the room. That matches some of the upper scale accommodations. There was a small microwave and mini fridge. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

There was a smelly week old crab in the fridge with some Nacho type cheese. I took it out of the room immediately! I walked around the laminate flooring in the room during the evening and found the bottoms of my white socks black by bedtime.

This hotel is a good value, easy to find right off the highway and the staff is very nice. Easy parking right outside our room. It's very close to downtown Santa Rosa. The room has a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room.

It's a little dated and configuration of the rooms are different depending on which room you get but that's fine. The soap is a standard motel one that doesn't seem to suds very well. It can get noisy depending on your neighbors but we had no issue with ours.

Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff. Very quiet and clean room. Free, convenient, easy parking. Complimentary water bottles plus protein bars.

Thick pillows. Shower curtain is not long enough so can’t prevent water from splashing out off the shallow bath tub and wetting the bathroom floor.

The beds were clean and very comfortable. Nice to have flooring that wasn’t carpet. Water in shower was hot. One of our two rooms had two sinks - one was outside the bathroom area. This made getting ready very convenient for two ladies. Keurig in the room. Granola bars and bottles of water were a nice touch. We could park directly in front of our room. Close to 101 and easy access.

One room - 107 - had a little trouble with the heater. (The manager was not told, which was a mistake in our part) Santa Rosa Ave is quite busy so you can hear loud cars at night if you wake up.

Very kind owners/management, clean rooms, relatively well maintained, I had a surprisingly good sleep. I was worried it will be loud but it actually wasn't a problem. Bed was very springy but somehow it didn't bother me.

The bathroom had no counter, shower was extremally small.
