enjoyed my stay and it’s in a great location! hotel was great value and I would recommend staying here. the staff/owners were very sweet and accommodating. I would come back especially for a convention it’s a close walk less than 10 minutes.

there’s not really any complaints it’s a little old but everything is well kept and clean so it doesn’t bother my friend and I. they had a broken ice machine but it’s okay since they provided a refrigerator in the room.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. I did have a little trouble finding the handicapped ramp, but it was no problem once found. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in that regard.

It would have been easier to roll luggage on a smoother carpet or a floor. (We were two senior women.) That was my only challenge.

2nd time we've stayed here. Usual motel room and there is a lift. Plenty of parking. About a 20 minute walk to Old Town but if you walk in the opposite direction there are lots of different bars in little areas that are like villages. Very basic breakfast available but at least there is coffee and toast!

The lady at the front desk ( Ms. Kumar) was very nice and efficient, The hotel is in a good location close to the çonvention center and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

The elevator broke down and needed to be fixed. Although they did a quick fix, i had to use the stairs from my room on the 3rd floor. It was a little inconvenient since I use a walker to get around.

The breakfast items that were supplied were good - a good selection. Overall, the room was comfortable & clean.

The location of the Econo Lodge was in a neighborhood frequented by some homeless people.

Clean room. Cleaning lady was attentive to our arrival and as she was cleaning the room next door let us know if we needed anything to let her know. Ice machine was a plus. It's outside close to stairway so didn't have to go in office.

I went to the office to ask for early check in. I understand if the answer is no, just wanted to know if it was a possibility. I didn't appreciate the attitude to say no. A simple we apologize it's not available would've been fine. Honestly I was going to cancel right there and find another place but they already had my deposit. Aside from that it was a good experience. But this are had a lot of homeless in the area. Sad.

Close strolling distance from downtown convention center and tremendous price. Safe. Air conditioner and TV easy to figure out. Friendly family operators.

Tiny minor things, like no hot drinking cups in the room (just plastic cups for cold); ice machine could have had instructions that showed how to use the room key to activate it.

I gave this hotel a 10/10 based on their customer service. I had to call the hotel several times late in the eve/early morning hours due to my flight being delayed and ultimately canceled. The gentleman answering the phone was very friendly each time and let me cancel our room way past the contacted time. I would definitely use this hotel in the future based on that alone.

the cleaning staff was honest and confirmed that my husbands watch was left in the room after we checked out!

found a roach when we checked in and the 2nd night one come out from the tub drain, the elevator smelt of urine.

Front guy was friendly . Easy check in. They had breakfast wasn't alot but at least you get something.

Too much handyan work in the room. Needs to get upgraded. But for the price it's totally fine
