We selected this hotel for our stay while attending an anime convention at the convention center. The main draw was the price - it was significantly cheaper than surrounding options. Despite this, the accommodations were wonderful! The rooms are a bit cramped but have everything you could want: good wi-fi, great AC unit, windows that open to let in a breeze, wide selection of good quality toiletries, very clean, relaxing atrium area with free coffee and microwave, refrigerator in the room, etc. I could go on, but we wanted for nothing. Very comfortable and pleasant stay.

A free breakfast would have been nice, but there are many restaurants nearby. The parking garage is hotly contested. We managed to steal a parking space, but unlucky guests will need to park at a meter or in a garage. However, the hotel will waive the $15 parking fee if that happens.

The lobby was welcoming. The young man in the front desk was nice and helpful. He assisted me in finding the venue that was within walking distance and thank goodness for his recommendation to walk than than drive! Ace of spades was Not that far at all. The room I had was realllly nice, very clean and spacious. I love that it was located in the corner of the building-there was a big window space, more than a regular hotel with a view of the streets. I actually really like that. Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfy. I love the atrium, nice place to relax. I, unfortunately lost my favorite prescription glasses. Amanda was very nice to assist via telephone when i wqs already home. I love that she was very helpful and even followed up with me to let me know that it was not found. I'm very sad I can't find those glasses which is that last time I had it but it's OK. The service here was A+.

Nothing really. I've seen housekeepers very early as I walk inside the hotel and through the atrium.. They saw me but didnt smile, but i could understand they're working. Haha. Only a few cracks in the top toilet cover and tub, nothing that'll stop me from returning :)

Great location. Within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do.

It smelled strongly of rubbing alcohol. Not a lot of water pressure in the shower. Our biggest complaint is that they advertised a free breakfast, but didn’t tell me it wasn’t available until after I booked my stay. Most hotels went wit a sack breakfast since COVID, I wish they had done that.

The property has a great location. It’s a nice small hotel which I prefer over a big chain. I also liked that for a two day stay they didn’t have housekeeping come to my room - it’s unnecessary and I’m glad they do that. I stayed on a Monday through Wednesday and it was very quiet. This place is just OK, nothing spectacular.

The guest experience could be better like providing breakfast or better toiletries. I was also concerned I might not have a parking spot if I were to arrive too late and the parking lot was full for the night. Also, this is not something the hotel can control but I was woken up at 4:30 am by a couple fighting at the atrium which connects to all rooms.

Located right in the middle of the city, just a few blocks from the concert venue. Very uniquely-designed facility; it looks like an "inside motel", with rooms that are designed like motel rooms (windows next to the doors, bathroom in the back section of the room, etc.) but the doors don't open to the outdoors but instead open to an indoor seating area. Our room was small but perfectly adequate. The check-in process went fairly quickly, and the clerk was very polite and professional.

As mentioned, the room was a bit small. The bed was a bit too firm, but that's more of a personal preference. Also, I'm not a fan of DirectTV.

Great central location, comfortable and spacious room, great staff, nice work space - it ticks all the boxes for a business trip.

The room looked on to a central courtyard. I need complete darkness to get good sleep and the blinds do not stop the light - that really messed up my sleep. The windows need block out curtains - as seen in most hotels. Fix that and I would go back.

The location meets my needs. Also the blinds in the room were a great improvement since my last stay. My room was comfortable and spacious. This is going to become my 'home-from-home' for business trips from now on.

Excellent Hotel in a perfect area to explore the surroundings, staff were excellent especially Nicholas, very friendly & helpful when trying to find vegetarian restaurants for us (which are amazing too). Would definately stay again.

Good location, close to the Capitol and park. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were super friendly, happy to answer our questions re places to see and visit, and seemed genuinely interested in how our stay was going.
