Quality Inn Sacramento

Any hotel that serves breakfast is a favorite! but a hotel that serves waffles is even better! which I was pleasantly surprised to find waffles! I checked in late at night and had a king bed on the second floor. I needed to walk outside the elevator located just around the corner from the main entrance and was a little nervous since it was late. But in all, it wasn’t too bad. The king bed was super comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly too! I think the room charge was a little high, but affordable. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

The only issue I have with this hotel is that I've been waiting over a month for my deposit now and I've reached out several times and been told to email someone requesting the status of it and I did this and still nothing...I'm just wondering if they just keep everyone's deposits, because they had absolutely no reason whatsoever to keep mine. I left that room cleaner than I came into it. I even cleaned the floors, dusted, wiped everything down, took my garbage out and made the bed. I do this everywhere I stay because i truly feel bad leaving a mess and would be extremely uncomfortable to not clean up after myself. I don't understand what the issue is. I would love for someone to even just reach out to me and communicate what the problem was. Thank you.

it could use better signage from the street to find the office which is in the back. There’s a small, black and white sign that points to the office. How about making a really cool sign double the size

Convenient location for walking to bars, restaurants, and shops. They did give us a wallet credit in Booking app after I complained. Because of that, we will give them another chance due to location convenience and cleanliness (except microwave).

Could not check in 1 min early even though request was made at booking. Don't ask when I'll arrive if it is irrelevant to when I can check in. Old stinking food in microwave, pool wasn't available and that was not advertised at booking. No remote for tv we had to ask for one. The bar and restaurant attached to hotel was not open or serving.

The staff was friendly and let me park early so I didn't have to find public parking while at my conference.

The shower could have been cleaner. The walls are a darker color, but you could definitely see where it wasn't scrubbed well in the corners. Also the ceiling above the shower head had paint peeling.

it was nice secure place to stay, I love the mini fridge. overall a good place to stay. the staff there has excellent customer service, absolutely wonderful people working at this facility.

A little dingy, needs a little remodeling of the outside or like a paint job.

The location was super close to the event. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows. Air conditioning kept the room perfect for me. I already booked a room for January.

The location was convenient and easy access to restaurants and convention center. The price was good! Comfort and Staff were good!

The elevators where not good, not cleaned properly needed disinfected Lysol and remodeled of elevator. Needs much improvement! The same with the outdoor stairways.

The manager was accommodating in fixing my reservation that bookings.com screwed up. thank you Sergay!

I did not like the sink inside the bathroom. Some places have it outside the bathroom which makes it convenient to use (Shave, make coffee, etc..) whi;e someone else is taking a shower.

the room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. the location was within walkong distance to the convention center.

bathroom ceiling had big chunk peeling off.
