The hotel is conveniently located to local points of interest: the Convention Center, Capitol Park, and nearby restaurants and shops. The property is very pretty and the lobby features a bar and dining area. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Check in is kind of messy. When I checked in, there were people standing around the front desk with no semblance of a line. When I was standing behind someone to check in and another desk opened, the people behind me rushed over to the next desk. I walked by on a few other occasions during my trip and noticed people waiting around the front desk waiting to check in or out. No staff were present.

Great location. Can easily walk to many stores and restaurants. LOVE LOVE LOVED the entire staff, & I met several. They were the nicest, most friendly & accommodating of any place I’ve ever stayed. Especially one who worked night shift. I think his name was Eric. He was so patient & kind.

my bathroom wasn’t very clean when I checked in but I loved the soaps, shampoo and conditioner. They smelled so good!

The hotel is in a good location of restaurants and entertainment. I booked due it's proximity to a venue of a concert.

The self parking was a little confusing. My husband went to park and it found out he needed to check in first so he would have a key. We had to ask about leaving the garage without a key. Turns out they have a convenient drop box outside the garage. A little more direction up front with this would be nice. I will admit it may be on their website and I just didn't see it.

The room was so clean and the people were nice.

No food at night is a problem. Waiting for security to be at the door to get my delivery wasn’t fun it was kinda scary. I wish you had a contract with someone to maintain consistent safe deliveries of food after hours.

Staff was extremely helpful and patient as we checked in/out with numerous people- responses from staff were also prompt from the room. The rooms were also very clean.

Was surprised to learn that room service was only available for pick up.

Great location with very friendly staff. Comfy beds, great views of the city from higher levels, lots of restaurants and sights nearby.

There was a mix up with the pre-payment via booking - if you do pre-pay, be sure to mention this often.

The staff and location were both great.

I didn't like the pillows at all and some cushions at the window were damaged.

Beautiful city

GGave my credit card details to pay amount agreed- however rhey took that amount and every day since they are tak8ng mi ey from my account. Reception told me I'd get it back but so far keeps going taking my cash. I did not use any facility except the room.

My only disappointment was the lack of a real dinner menu. Also, I had a problem operating the room temperature control. However, the staff was excellent!! Every person with whom I interacted was extremely professional and responsive-guest services- front desk--bartender--food server--all A one. You get an A+ for your personnel selection and training thereof.

The price for the room was a little high for not really having a full dinner service; however, given the circumstances,eg COVID, it may be unreasonable to expect that. The neighborhood is a little seedy but I understand you don't control that.

It was close to other stores and places to shop.

I feel that my room was smaller than I thought it would be and the price was more than I felt the room was worth.
