Roy Inn & Suites -Sacramento Midtown

These guys are GREAT...I know the area is not with a good reputation, but let me be clear, THESE GUYS ARE ON IT HETE, nobody lingers hereSecurity is on top of the job of watching over is. I love this motel, as crazy as it sounds. They go out of there way for all customers. Excellent on the cleanliness, the up-do of entire property.

Breakfast.. hot served breakfast, but in a day kiss so that isn't accurate. I've honestly got nothing bad or more to say if this is motel property and the wonderful staff. The 2nd shift gentleman, is so professional with also going out of his way to help customers. The owner whom works day is awesome and I mean this ..

I honestly being straight up a little brutally tell you exactly when into only stayed one.but two maybe once more night time tells alone more night that's not yet been determined .here on business spots different as just paying for a room and the difference between them is ilb On business trips the whole trip everything including. Room food rent a car take a fraina plane hell take a boatt and spend your money anyway want of you feel like end of the trip so unfortunately my phone froze up I had to restart my phone and offly enough when it came back on it had lost everything from the beginning of this conversation so moving right along stays with me so after you Get home guess what yes I'm pkpimy out the obviously you just spent alot of money andaybe your financially stable that money's will never get a Penny back whatever bsught paid for FF for all the needed things youwlul f not had to spend mpneygorita your house my point it comes out of your pocket now I

Everything I hated it all

It was cheap but wow the location was horrible. For men I’m sure it’s fine but it was terrifying as a woman. This is in the ghetto and there’s so many tweaker sand shirtless men outside just hanging out. The front desk man was very nice and got me a room on the inside of the building. The elevator doesn’t work and there’s no sign saying it’s out of order. The young maid i spoke to was really rude about it too.

It’s in the ghetto. The towels felt cheap and dirty. The toilet barely flushed. There’s holes in the wall. Seriously, a terrifying location.

I have never had a problem with any one at Roy's inn. Until the day I checked in on 03/09/2022 and check out is 03/10/2022 The guest that was in the room next to mine all she could do was scream and yell at me and my other. The shower that's in room 109 fl flooded the bathroom and part of the bedroom when I went to the office to let them know about the lady next door to me is all she could say before I can even mention about the bathroom but at least you're checking out today not his problem.. now what I liked was the very first time I stayed here I had a problem getting up to the third floor the security guard help me take my stuff up cuz my husband hadn't made it here yet it's convenient for me and my husband but now I don't know because of the situation last night and today I was going to book for two nights the other day but they took the money off my car without my permission and I had to cancel my other night my husband just got out of the hospital with walking pneumonia and I'm trying to keep him inside I'm on a fixed income and it's hard on the fix income

The the elevators don't work there's no ice machine on every floor bathroom flooded and room 109 lady and 110 hollered and screamed when I went to the front office is all the gentleman there could say is well at least you're checking out today I wish I could get another night or two because of all this garbage in the shower flooding the whole room

Auto loans have been upgraded very nice bathroom exterior love the floor and the bed with a very very comfortable and would look even better once it's all completed overall five thumbs up, 👍👍👍👍👍

I enjoy and love everything found a customer service and their understanding of customers and listen to him as well.

The room I was in is clean, I’ve not seen any bugs here, everything works fine in my room. My key did not work management resolved the problem though. The staff have been kind. The price is good grocery store right down the road.

I really have nothing to complain about. This place is okay for the price.

I like the movie channels; everything in my room worked and i can practically walk to shops and fast food

I cant say there was anything about my stay at the Roy i didnt like; its affordable and location is perfect.

Staff Helpful.

Lots of Homeless Around Location. No Ice Machines. No Soda Machines in Check-in Lobby.

Easy Access and having the IHOP close was ideal. The bed was great, TV was great and shower was hit with plenty of water. The bathroom was large.

Half the light bulbs were burnt out, the paint was peeling in the bathroom and the shower was a bit peculiar, not having a curtain or door. Had to make a wall of sorts on the floor to keep the bathroom from flooding.

I ordered doordash and there's plenty of room in here to eat it's not like crowded like Motel 6 is across the way so yes we like this room better and appreciate it it's way better.

There are some people that are very rude so I just had to turn around and ignore them.
