Location was amazing, staff let us check in early and check out late with ease so very accommodating. Loved the chill area in the lobby and games room.

I was staying with my colleague and you could see through the gap in the bathroom door to the toilet and shower, fine if you are with your partner but not great if you don't want someone seeing you in the bathroom. Our room also had a faint smell of cat pee but was otherwise fine.

The whole vibe of the place is great, and the rooms are very comfortable.

No bidet in the bathroom. The design of the bathroom was also very aesthetic, but that made it hella cold. No restaurant for food and even stuff like cocktails is a bit tough too. Our room also had one side with no working plugs.

Staff was more than accommodating, I appreciated that they cleaned the room without asking as we stayed for two nights. The location was great, great accommodation for my car. The hotel had cool features. The location to downtown was perfect.

Couldn't figure out how the coffee machine worked in the room. We put the pod and some water in and pushed the button but it only gave us a few drops of coffee.

the hotel is located in a very central area, close to union square. the room is a good size (just the right size -- not too small; with a great bathroom with shower space). the bed was comfortable and the staff were super nice as well. they have a game room that is awesome!!

the a/c could have been a little more user-friendly; it wasn't cooling as much as we wanted it to.

It was New, Clean, great atmosphere and people. The TVs had Netflix and the hotel felt special and memorable. It was very good value for money. We stayed at the place opposite for a couple of night too for the same price and it was AWFUL. Dirty and falling apart. The “Hendley” ovoid that hotel.

Great location and really like the styling. We had a good room that was spacious and comfortable. The games room is very cool and the entrance bar looks cool but lacked atmosphere.

Think post covid may have contributed to staff shortages. It was a shame the bar was closed and communal areas felt a bit lackluster.

Updated, cool rock-n-roll themed facilities that retain the integrity of the old San Francisco architecture. The game room downstairs was heaven to have bonus space on site for our gaggle of teenage cousins to play pool, shoot hoops & relax while we noshed on take-out after a big day in The City.

That we only had one night to stay & that the restaurant was closed due to covid. But with Union Square a block away, we had loads of dining options.

The hotel was clean quit, and checkin was very easy and pleasant

Called to ask some questions. Took a long time to get some one on the phone and after the wait we got disconnected and never received a call back

We got an upgrade to a larger room which was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The lighting in the room was terrible. There was no light on one side of the bed, the overhead light was very dim. The chair for reading was so hard, it was like sitting on a piece of cement.

Modern design, comfortable beds, central location and friendly and helpful staff. everything you would want in a city getaway. I also really liked the boutique feel and the smaller size. they have a great game room and the fitness center is well equipped.
